I completed the "contact me" form on-line and Dave called right away. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the levels of coverage options for our motorhome. We had many questions after the initial call and he was very responsive with each call or email. After we made our decision, he walked us through the final process. He was great to work with!

We had a failure (leak) on our motor home during a recent trip to California. While it took some extra calls we were able to get reimbursement for the required emergency repair. Having access to Wholesale Warranties personnel (as a backstop to the default handling of claims by Premier Dealer Services) is a very valuable resource. I am rating at 4 stars instead of 5 because of the claims office closing at 3PM Pacific Coast time, which made it impossible for our repair facility to obtain a confirmation of coverage on the same day of service.

Talked with Wholesale Warranty before the new rig was off the line. Excellent communication and follow up by Mr. Hooker. I trust that the communication and service will be the same when I have a claim.

Just made the warranty purchase with Brandan Flores. His knowledge and description of the coverage and explaining pros/cons when asked about optional coverages were very helpful.

Stephen Motz has worked with me for 6 years. I am on my 3rd warrenty. He called me early to remind me that my plan expired the end of April 2026. I said I would probably want to extend 2 more years, but I wanted to check around. He was patient and called every few weeks to see if I needed any more info. I appreciate his style and manner. Not to pushy! I would recommend him to others if I was asked.

I had a great experience with wholesale warrenty. I would return again. Steve Motz was my sales agent. Steve picks up the phone and desks directly with you no going to china, no online chat, no genetic endings address's. That is something so rare any more. It’s called customer service.

We did not have any problems with our claims on our older lemon RV and we did have multiple claims. We purchased a new RV and insured with them again.

The process was easy and transparent. Stephen was great and took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. While I have yet to make a claim, I trust things would be smooth just given my experience over this first year. DM
