I’d personally avoid

I’d personally avoid! Had a family plan.. was an error setting it up.. I couldn’t link two devices I paid for to my account.. they asked me to get my partner to set up her own account and add her to my family plan to override the issue.. was nothing but absolute hassle! Nothing was fixed I cancelled and got a refund.. quickly I will add.. but to me charged another £349 3-4 weeks later for the supposed account my partner attempted to set up! Absolute joke!

Does what I need it to do with no tech issues

I have been wearing a whoop for almost 3 years now. I am on my original device with np technical or battery issues so far. I mostly use it for sleep tracking but it does more. I also wear an Apple Watch so my exercise is tracked by both. I do enjoy reading the insights WHOOP gives me and the faceless design. For me, I don't need it to do anything else, so I'm very happy with it!

Lifestyle enhancer...

My Whoop is an integral part of my life, helping track strain, sleep and recovery. It's easy to use, intuitive and impactful. The AI coach is getting better. It's still a little repetitive at times but on the whole still a net positive.

I’ve worn Whoop for almost ~2500 consecutive days…

Whoop has allowed me to track information that I had not managed to access otherwise. And I like its faceless design - it is not a distraction to my day-to-day life, allowing me to access information when I want it and need it. Beyond that, my doctor appreciates that I’m actively tracking my health, allowing me to advocate for myself when my Whoop data acts as a leading indicator of a system imbalance before other symptoms materialize.

Awful customer service zero response to issues

When it works, it’s good. The customer service is the worst. I’ve ever experienced for somebody that wants us to pay a significant amount of money to be a member and for the service. When their sensor goes bad, they tell us it’s it’s our fault. We’re not wearing it right after I had over 200 days straight of data. I’m now all of a sudden wearing it wrong. I’ve submitted several requests of customer service with zero phone calls and a bunch of emails telling me why I’m doing things wrong. I really was enjoying the product but customer service is so bad that I can’t see how I would continue working with them.

Does well across the board

Does well across the board. Different than most. Data is thorough and Ai is helpful. Slightly pricey but “If you can’t buy it twice. You can’t afford it”.

Only wearable I will use and need

Only wearable I will use had Apple Watch and used together for a while but with all options for Whoop don't need and love not having the screen. Good wearable doesn't always need to be watch should show over time not just immediate feedback and Whoop does a great job doing that without feeling like I need to over analyze

To make it worthwhile, use the journal daily

Whoop can do what you need it to but you have to input data for it to be a worthwhile investment. It is not a set it and forget it gadget. I believe there are still innovations that could take this product to the next level but they aren't there yet and that is why I rated them with 4 stars instead of 5.

Whoop has Helped Me be Healthier

Whoop has, in general, helped me improve my overall health. It needs to improve in certain areas, of course. It might help to integrate DNA information to make the product more individualized. The one issue is that Whoop assumes all people are the same.

Mountain Guide and Whoop user.

As a mountain guide I need to train smart and recover well. Whoop helps me keep it real when I’m way too busy for other tracking methods. Not ideal for individual workouts, but for long term sustainability of healthy behavior Whoop is unmatched.

The best wearable

The best wearable. Huge amount of data, a good app, and the fact you can wear it 24/7 even whilst charging it is the best feature
