Recently ordered an Iflight Crystal HD Patch/Omni combo. I didn't get an order confirmation email so contacted the Whoop Store via their contact us page on their website. I got a prompt reply from Micky confirming my order had gone through and I had typed my email incorrectly when ordering. Micky kindly corrected this on the order and sent me my confirmation and tracking info. The goods arrived on time and well packaged. I will definitely order from your store again with no worries. Personal friendly service and slick deliveries after ordering a quad on back order I got a phone call advising of likely delivery and checking I was ok with that and offering refund in case I wasn’t aware of delay due to back order.
