First of all, management is hands-on. I am an independent travel agent who books travels to clients. Every time something new pops up, I am always skeptical. It is not even about the concern that I may lose money if I encounter a bad experience but the fact that I can lose my customer and us (independent agents) know very well how difficult it is to acquire a customer and we build a personal relationship with each and every one of them. This is what's at stake when you add a new supplier.

Fortunately, Wholesale Hotels Group is a decent platform with some really good savings. They operate as a bedbank and have a vast inventory worldwide. Credit card payments are offered which is excellent for consumer protection. I miss a few features from their platform but overall a good site.

Anytime I had something to ask or a reservation needed some assistance, I was always able to get a hold of someone and my issues were always resolved in a timely manner.

WHG is not the only site I use, but who uses 1 site for everything anymore, right?
Overall, 5 stars because whatever they advertise, they keep and I can get some decent savings on my bookings which allows me to work with a higher margin.

I came across Wholesale Hotels Group and find that to be a great site to find the best prices for hotels in various cities. It appears to me that their site provides a lot more choices that one could select from based on my budget. After just one booking I have already saved enough to justify my annual membership fee.

I have been using Wholesale Hotels Group for a while. Some of the savings more than justify their annual fees which are still pretty low. Refunds are fast and so is their customer service.
