ZERO STARS FOR SCAMMERS!!!
I have the same story as most of the people here from placing an order and saying it was shipped with a fake FedEx tracking number that never leaves from pending and one answered email from the infamous Jessica that's says your package will ship some time in the next two weeks that never gets shipped and your money never gets returned. Everyone on here reading and writing reviews should file a complaint with the FTC Federal Trade Commission. They direct you to file a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Be aware that according to the FTC 30-day rule, an online merchant is required to give you a full refund if they are unable to ship within 30 days.
The more complaints there are, the better chance we have at getting our money back...FYI...Wibargain is also CAK Supply!!!

Placed an order in september 2021..no…

Placed an order in september 2021..no box..no refund. Emailed them several times to check on status and just copy and pasted email saying there was a delay and would be out soon. I finally after three months said I wanted a refund....they sent me link to a refund application....its now january 2022....no box, no refund, now it is a new website and no way to contact anyone or check status. This is a scam.

i would not even give them a 1 star, they took my money in full 3 months ago and wont refund me or send my order, no one answers the phone except once i spoke to jessica and said my order would ship out in 1 week, and i get the same copy and pasted email from their customer support email, they are now operating and scamming people under caksupply.co, just FYI! Same company still selling boxes and ripping people off

Total Scam

Their website does not even offer online orders anymore. SCAM! I went to check my order status from August since I had not received a reply to my latest email sent nearly 2 weeks ago and their website does not even offer online orders anymore. Just a retail store , for online orders it refers shoppers to CAK Supply? I cant login to the wibargin site anymore to view my order. Thank goodness I kept all the emails to show I did place an order. Who knows if we will ever recieve refunds now.

NEGATIVE 0 STAR

WOW for some reason I thought I was the ONLY one, but unfortunately I am not. SCAM LIES FRAUD AND EVERYTHING OTHER NEGATIVE WORD TO DESCRIBE THIS "COMPANY". I ordered a box worth $100 back in AUG 2021.
1. sent a Fedex tracking number, when you click the link ... nothing there
2. asked for a refund.. Sam in "queue"? for 5 months?

I have a thread of emails going back and forth with these people. I really do not understand influencers promoting this company? There needs to be a class actions lawsuit.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

Like everyone else I ordered from them - they sent a FedEx tracking number but never shipped the items. They say they are delayed in shipping (which must be why I've been waiting for over 2 months now) but advertise all boxes ship within 24 hours!! Jessica refuses to acknowledge my request for a refund. This company is a scam!!!! They now have stopped taking orders on wibargain.com. Their new scam website is caksupply.co. Beware of that website as well.

Avoid. I ordered 2 boxes in November and they…

I ordered 2 boxes in November and they were never delivered. Jessica informed me they are behind because they shipper can only pick up so many per day... They continue to advertise next day shipping of new boxes but I have yet to receive mine. They send a fake Fed Ex tracking number that Fed Ex reports it has never received the package. They have a terrible rating from the Better Business Bureau. I had to dispute with my credit card company.

Still waiting on refund. Ordered 2 boxes in November. A month later they still hadn't shipped so i asked for a refund. Now its been over 3 weeks and no refund.

never received boxes that were purchased and paid for!!!!!

I would give them a zero if it possible! I ordered 5 boxes for Christmas gifts spend over $400 labels were printer with tracking numbers but they were never shipped! I have contacted them at least 10 times they send generic messages back! I have called the customer service phone number they never call you back! assuming this company is a scam!

One star is too much.

One star is too much.. Safe to say I've been HAD. But TT made me do it... After watching so many videos I just wanted to give it a try. Well I hope WiBargins needed the money more than I did, because I put in the order 3 months ago and still haven't received anything. I've exchanged numerous emails with "staff", and been assured a dozen timesy package is getting ready to ship, I was even provided with a web address for refunds - only to have that web page go no where. I've called numerous times and if you can get a human on the phone you can here kids crying in the back ground only to be asked for your order number and before you can even finish providing it they again assure you your package will ship the next day, when you ask for confirmation or a tracking nber you get disconnected. What joke I've been had and at this point all I can do is laugh about and hope to help others. WiBargins you S*c!k

BIGGEST SCAM IN AMERICA!!!! If your NOT a TOP reseller that THIS Company PERSONALLY SPONSORS, you will be an idiot to spend one penny with these CROOKS!! They ignore you, they lie, 100% FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I had to go as far as the BBB. 2 Months now, and still nothing. All resellers should stand up to this Company and get them out of America,,and SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!

Months I called and requested a refund now I have requested refund three times and was told I would get it in five business days however it never comes!! I threatened to contact the bbb and the supervisor hung up on me very unprofessional!! Definitely a scam

No good boy cookies for them

If I could give them no stars I would, wife ordered several boxes back in July, called several times “Jessica” said they were in route and they would expedite the shipping. Still nothing. Filed for our refund, nothing came of it. Called them again from two phones waited 20 or so minutes to get guess who? “Jessica” just to tell us it would be back in our account last Friday no later 5 pm. Guess what can you believe it…. Wait for it… still nothing, we disputed all charges with our bank contacted Better Bussiness Bureau on Monday the 20th 2021. This place is a complete scam.

would give them zero stars if i could I do not recommend purchasing threw them at all ! i ordered a product back November 18th and ordered again on December 3rd over 300 in purchase emailed back and for for several days and advised that if this couldn't make it here by Christmas we may have to consider cancelling they again assured me it would go out called 12-13-21 and was told it would go out by the end of the week on 12-17 was told it would go out by the end of day called again on Monday the 20th when no shipping came threw was told they would check with shipping and see what happened was again assured that it would go out by end of day with expedited shipping to get them to me by Thursday called this morning 12/21 again due to no shipping track and waited 15 min only to be told there was no one to take my call called back and got threw for the rep to tell me that accounting is canceling the orders and they will be processed for cancelations by Thursday no apology no nothing just ill take you info down and a supervisor can call you back so unprofessional not only is this wrong but it tied up 300 that i could have used elsewhere for Christmas gifts that are now not going to arrive and are not goanna have time to get anything else here to top it of i get loyal customer emails almost weekly... so over the unprofessionalism that came from this company that came from this company

Purchased in August 21. Nothing has ever come. Requested refund and got a message from Jessica that it's in the queue. Such a scam. We want our money back.

Terrible Company

I would give them half a star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to speak to a human for over 18 days and keep getting the same generic response to contact support. I HAVE CONTACTED SUPPORT.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

It was so bad; I would like to give them a 0. That's not possible so for that I give them a 1. I ordered about $300 worth of items. NEVER CAME after three months. I requested a refund, and I have been waiting for that for an additional FOUR months. Every time I call, they say Tuesday. I guess they only do refunds 1x a week. Absolutely a joke of a company.
