Great company to deal with especially Dani who has been my contact. They deal with issues promptly which is the measure of a good business and the product quality speaks for itself that I’ve never bothered to look for an alternative supplier and I’ve spent well over £1k on displays with them.

Missing Parts, Refused refund on Postage Cost
Unfortunately a Lego Millennium Falcon Stand I ordered arrived with two missing parts and due to this being a Christmas gift for my son, I asked to return it for a full refund because there was no time to resolve this before Christmas. I received a reply after Christmas (once their offices opened again in the new year) and was offered replacement parts instead or returning the item. I explained that wasn't an option now because it was a gift for xmas and that I'd already had to go and buy something else. I then returned the item at my own cost and am now being refused the return postage cost
because I had 'chosen' a return instead of the replacement parts. Extremely disappointed by this as I am now out of pocket due to an error
by the company through no fault of my own.

Good service but should not have been necessary. After waiting a month to hear back from WickedBrick after complaining about missing/wrong parts for two stands, I finally scoured the web to find their phone number and called. I spoke to Dani who got my issues expedited. However, this whole incident should not have been necessary since if the quality assurance practices were better it would not have been necessary for me to call in the first place. Since everything WB does is custom, it will probably take another 4-6 weeks to get the replacement parts.

Dani was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My items arrived, but unfortunately the box was damaged at the time of delivery. Thankfully, my Ring camera captured the FedEx delivery, which was important in providing WB with images of the damaged items.
After just a few emails, I promptly received confirmation that replacement parts would be sent out. This experience truly highlighted how important it is to provide quality customer service in a timely and efficient manner. I greatly appreciated the quick resolution, as it’s important for my Pirates of the Caribbean set to be clean and well displayed.

Fantastic Company and Customer Support
Had a great conversation via web chat today with Wicked Brick. I really cannot recommend these guys highly enough, and their customer service team are second to none.
No question or query is too much for these guys and their products are amazing to boot as well.
I have one of my LEGO sets in their acrylic case and would highly recommend. Currently waiting for another new case to arrive.
Give these guys a go for all you display case needs.
I'd give zero stars if I could
I'd give zero stars if I could! I buy a considerable amount from Wicked Brick, £100's. I don't always build the cases immediately, as I've got quite a lot of Lego sets. I opened one a few weeks ago, and it was damaged and had all the screws/cubes missing. Because I'd purchased a year or so ago, all they offered was 20% off another case! I'll be buying from Boxxco in future! 🤬
Outrageous wait times for the price
Waited over a month without updates for my several hundred dollar order. Recieved ads in my email nearly daily for other products, but never any updates on my order. Requested a refund and after some difficulty navigating their LLM posing as a help desk, they've claimed to have issued it. I am waiting to recieve the funds as of this writing and roundly unimpressed with the service. They are hands down the most expensive option for lego display cases and I expected a high degree of professionalism as a result.
Seems like they stack several months of orders and dont actually have an inventory. Buyer beware.

Over 60 Day!?
They got back to me very quickly which is nice but I understand that these thing are made to order and it was christmas time so more order than nomal. After all that as a customer we pay a premium on these plastic cases and it shouldn't take over!! 2 whole month! 60 Days! To get what I order as a customer i'm still upset, I understand but it not good enough simply.
Order taking a long time
I have concerns about my order taking so long to ship! I placed my order 50 days ago and they keep telling me 1-3 more weeks which is ridiculous it makes me feel that this company is over their head and cannot handle the amount of business generated or they are in financial trouble which worries me.
They answer most emails but the problem does not get solved just keep waiting.
