I have been using " wicked eliquid" for over eight months now, I have been overly impressed with both their products and their customer service, I have recommended their products to numerous friends and nobody has had any problems, I even went on holiday to Turkey in June this year and my Turkish friends ordered from them as the quality of everything was far superior to anything else on the net( and the postage was only 5 pound )! I recently had a problem with a clearomizers I purchased, I sent an email and instantly was messaged back with confirmation of a replacement!! Customer service at its best. I have nothing but praise for "Wicked" without their fab products I would probably still be a 20+ a day smoker! I have never felt better, Helen. Coventry

I ordered a few items from this store. I usually only order from Ireland and other EU countries as international shipping costs in the UK are quite high however, they offer a low flat rate which conviced me to make my order.

The Ice Menthol is superb. Its absolutely pure with no secondary taste and the liquid is completely translucid which is a plus since it speaks a lot about the products purity. This menthol isn't for everyone. Its super powerful and you have like strong menthols. If you think its too strong or even harsh, you can always dilute it with a little VG which will make it sweeter and less intense but still very nice and clean. The supplied 30ml bottle is just fabulous. I've never seen a flat bottle used in e-liquids but it comes very handy carrying it in your pocket through the day.

I've seen some nasty comments here which quite frankly I don't understand. Clearomizers (like the CE4, CE5, Vision and similars) are consumables... They last the time it takes for the coil to get gunked or burned out... thats maybe one to two weeks and thats it. One can prolong its life washing and dry burning them but not much. For continuous use I use a aerotank mini and a protrank 3. They will last forever and just need head replacement every other week. Some last more, other less but at 2-3 pounds, thats nothing.

I had no experience in returns or warranty claims so I can't comment on what I've read here but I hope its not true.

I'm going to make a bulk order of Ice menthol soon and I'm pretty confident it will work out ok.

I've recently gotten into the whole electric cigarette market being a long time smoker. I first made the mistake of buying from cheap sellers on ebay and they didn't work. So after searching online I found wickedeliquid.co.uk and liked the idea of UK based and free delivery.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. I bought two different clearomizers and not one of them lasted more than a week of moderate use! I contacted them and they assured me that their products are top quality genuine models, so I ordered more. They broke too and started leaking. I had a check online and on some forums only to find they were in fact not genuine and the knock off types.

They will not refund me for anything. I will be avoiding this company and complaining.

Ordered 4 eLqiuids from Wicked and they arrived next day, also I made a mistake with my order but didn't notice til around 3pm, so I called them up and they changed it straight away, customer service was very good.

So far the Black jacks is absolutely LUSH and the Cherry Menthol is best I have ever tried, you can tell they're UK made and not Chinese rubbish. 10ml and 30ml bottles come with a really nice thin dripper too which makes it super easy to use on my Aerotank.

low quality products and rude customer service

This site used to be really good, great eliquid, good prices, free delivery, new flavors coming out evey month. i don't know what hapened but they've sent me 2 defective batteries and refused a refund. Their eliquid tastes watered down now and they advertise 30ml but the bottle they send you is smaller.

ordered the evod clearomizer and noticed there was no second o-ring. Started leaking from the get-go, i dont think its a genuine kanger.

Got 3 different heads and some liquid, liquid was ok but the heads were all faulty. Oh well, now I know for next tim

First ever order they only sent half of it. All the tanks I've ordered have been fakes, leaked and eventually binned after 2-3 days. Funny seeing as they say they only sell genuine premium products... yeah right.

Also tried their ice menthol e-liquid - horrible, hurt my lungs. Not sure if it's something they put in it or it was just me but I couldn't have any more.

Reviews on the website are mostly fake and they do not allow negative reviews.

Still waiting for a reply on a refund for last order - nothing yet. I would avoid this place.

*UPDATE* They are refusing refund, had to complain to trading standards.
