Not worth the money!
None of the screws were included in packaging. The wood was so rough it needed to be sanded down and treated, as while trying to put together it caused splinters.
The bottom step also has a large gap, which is dangerous, and an extra piece of wood needs to be added.

Had you contacted us, we would have been more than happy to help investigate the issues raised and arrange any missing parts or replacements where required.
Regarding the screws, if any fixings were genuinely missing from the packaging, this is something we would always resolve quickly by arranging replacements.
In relation to the timber, the wood used on these products is pressure treated for outdoor durability and does not require any further treatment for longevity. As timber is a natural material, some surface roughness can occasionally occur, but we would always be happy to review photographs if there was a concern regarding the finish.
With regard to the spacing on the lower step, this is part of the original product design by Plum. Their play equipment is independently safety tested to the relevant standards, and certain gaps and spacing are intentional requirements to help prevent entrapment risks. For this reason, adding additional timber to alter the spacing may actually compromise the intended safety design.

The product was just as we ordered and…
The product was just as we ordered and were very happy with that hence the 3stars. But to get the product here I paid for next day delivery and it took nearly two weeks to arrive and the delivery company wouldn’t follow delivery instructions either. Please change your delivery costs to reflect the poor delivery service

I have looked into the delivery timeline for your order and wanted to clarify what happened. Your order was placed on Friday 1st at 15:29, which was after our 14:00 cut-off time for next working day delivery. As this was also a bank holiday weekend, the order was collected by the courier on Tuesday 5th, which was the next working day.
The tracking shows that a delivery attempt was then made on Wednesday 6th at 09:07, with a card left when no one was available to receive the parcel. The system then shows that the delivery was rearranged at 13:44 that same day, and the parcel was successfully delivered on Friday 8th at 11:38.
From the tracking information available to us, the courier attempted delivery on the next working day after dispatch. We are sorry if the delivery experience was not what you expected, particularly regarding the delivery instructions, and we appreciate your feedback.
