Nice product - poor customer service
I bought a pretty bag for a Xmas present. Well made but very expensive. That said, it was well received but the recipient wanted to exchange it for a different colour. The returns system is slow and clunky! You have to email them for a returns label. This I did and am still waiting for a label 3 days later! Come on Wicker Wings- update your system. You charge a lot for your products so give consideration to your customers!
