Good design, good value and plenty of configuration options. The Smart range stands out compared with many competitors. My only criticism is that some accessories, especially the anchors, feel overpriced and the warranty conditions are unnecessarily tied to buying Wickey’s own parts. Overall, a strong product.

We are extremely disappointed with the service\!

We placed our order on **June 1st**, and the full amount was charged immediately\. Today, almost two months later, we still have not received the playground\. Unfortunately, we have not been given any clear information about when we can expect the delivery\.

When a customer pays such a large amount in advance, it is only fair to expect professionalism, transparency, and delivery within the promised timeframe\. At this point, we have no guarantee as to when—or even if—we will receive the playground we paid for\.

We sincerely hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible, because this level of service is simply unacceptable for such an expensive purchase.

The playground is great in its finished state. But I would advise the manufacturers to make it easier for buyers. It took us 5 days of 12 hours to assemble it by three men.

The ordering and payment process was very easy. I received immediate confirmation of the payment along with an invoice.
However, it took quite a long time to receive the product although I placed the order on April 28, it only arrived at the beginning of June, more than 5 weeks.
I am happy with the transport company; the driver was very polite and helped place the product on the ground.
The assembly instructions are clear, but good tools and solid skills are required to assemble the product properly. Not everyone can do it.
The wooden beams, are not of good quality and require quite a lot of polishing since in many places they are chipped and warped.

Wickey has a great website. I just purchased 3 products and will be looking forward to receiving them.

It is very easy to choose the exact model we need. It will be nice to have your factory address on your website somewhere, it took me a while till I find you in google maps. It is not very easy to trust an online shop right away without seeing some sort of proof.
