Good website
Really accessible and well set-out website. Easy to use and clear what to do. Lots of good accessories and different options and prices look great. Haven't got the climbing frame yet but I have high hopes.

Very quick process
Very quick process, had to pay through PayPal as we had no credit card. A debit card option would be useful. Looking forward to receiving a Fort for our 4 year old!

I used the online chat service to ask questions regarding delivery and the correct anchors to purchase. The advice and speed of response was fantastic. Therefore I was happy to purchase. I would of preferred to have purchased over the phone but unforunately this was not available.

Good pre-sales customer service
I used the customer service chat to ask some questions prior to purchasing. Lidiane was very helpful. Unfortunately the options I enquired about were not available, however the range of different options on the website is still impressive.

Placed an order on April 8th and today May 21st I have still not gotten anything. The money was withdrawn on April 9th and their customer service is close to impossible to get in contact with, to get an update.

good design
It has a good design and my son loves it so much.
I received some wood pieces faulty but with good and fast services I could receive the correct ones in less than a week.
The only thing that should be revised by producer is the instruction that needs to be more clear and simpler. Installation is a little difficult.
