All good so far, just purchased so hopefully I will be just as happy when the product arrives Cant wait for my girls to use and enjoy it.

This is a great quality product. Ordered online, arrived on time and in perfect order. My brother and I put it together in 5 hours. We are both tradesmen so found it easy enough. You def need two people and a bit of experience with flat pac. The kids love it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I found the telephone and online support very helpful. The online support responded promptly, and the lady in telephone support was able to assist me easily. She also had personal experience of previously assembling a wickey climbing frame, and had a similar query from another customer before in relation to the number of safety tiles needed for a particular set, so was able to help me.

Purchasing the accessories I needed for my climbing frame couldn't have been easier

There was an issue with payment where system was not given me option to pay for my order. Contacted company by email but didn't get much help and fact couldn't ring to place order bit of an inconvenience.

Website was user friendly and products offered are fab. Reasonable prices for how detailed and different their products are . Hoping that we are able to put the loft bed together easily enough when it arrives

I have just spent a very happy hour or so choosing the perfect climbing frame and am absolutely delighted with the range and the value that is offered by Wickey! The photos and drawings are very clear and show every angle of each Climbing frame and the description is extremely detailed allowing us to be absolutely sure of what we are looking at and to really see what we can expect. I am also delighted that delivery time is so quick! Now that we have picked our climbing frame it would be so hard to have to wait for weeks for it!!

Placing the order was simple and efficient. Reveiw is only on the ordering process, not on the product itself. I read many of the previous reviews and I will return to post after the climbing frame has been delivered and assembled. Excited for the children!

Having looked online at numerous different gymnastic bars, I came across the Wickey site, and was delighted to see a clear explanation of each size and what I would need to install it. Shopping on the site was quick and straightforward. I'm really excited to receive the bars, and am delighted to be supporting an Irish company too!
