Quick delivery and good quality, especially compared to other brands on the market.
I bought a multiflyer with wooden roof and it took about 5-6 hours to assemble alone when carefully reading the instructions which were great and easy to follow.
Comparing the size and features of what I would’ve gotten from other manufacturers, Wickey really stood out and the quality is top notch. And if anything would have gone south whilst assembling it, I could have easily gotten a spare part from the nearest hardware store. Nothing was out of the ordinary material wise.
And most importantly, my kid loves it!
5/5, will buy more accessories next summer!
We like our new playhouse. Kids play a lot with that. It looks very good - our neighbours think that too.
Unfortunately the delivery takes a much longer time. That was not so nice.
But it came and all was nice with the transportation. And it was all there.
The construction was ok and possible.
We have just one minus point:
You have to clipper self the plan for the roof. That's was not so good.
But we can absolutely recommend!

Easy to assemble!
After a long wait, it finally arrived, some missing parts, but that was fixed fast and after an easy assembly it has been a lot of playing pirates this summer, a perfect place for our kids too play in during corona times

We needed to ger à LOT of stuff Cause then where missing, like skruv and some Wood to get it better around the sand. With all off this fixies the result was perfekt👌

Very good products at great prices, but incredibly slow and misleading delivery times. Ours took 15 working days when the website promised 4-6 days.
Update! Customer services at Wickey contacted us and offered us a 10% refund for the inconvenience. We have been very impressed with the products and the customer care.

One should be honest when writing your opinion and at first I was disappointed with the delivery time of my second delivery of the goods that were broken(not wickeys fault) in the first delivery, but after good communication and good feedback from the company, I got what I asked for my children love this play tower and it is in good quality, it was easy to build with good description. Recommend this company if you want a fun place for kids to play
The best playunit ever! Especially in this Corona time. The kids are bored of being home all the time, so this birthday present is amazing! They just love it and don´t ever want to leave.
