Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience! If I could give no stars I would. Please please do not waste your money. Pay a little extra and take your business elsewhere. Ordered a water feature for £160 for next day delivery two weeks ago. Still waiting for it. Blaming the delivery agents. There's no customer service here whatsoever. They never reply to emails and you can't get them on the phone! Awful company!

Can never get hold of them, you get put in a que that tells you what number you are in the que and the estimate wait time, as soon as the estimate time goes down it crawls back up. was on the phone waiting almost an hour in the end.

Wido fire pit
Ordered a fire pit through Manomano, it’s Wido’s product, arrived battered, scratched and scuffed. The box had clearly been unpacked and repacked.
Manomano have contacted Wido...still waiting for a refund and for them to collect this item ...£170 and it looks like it’s done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Daylight robbery and bad service
I placed an order with Wido during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Within 10 minutes or placing the order I wanted to cancel, my confirmation said that I had an hour to cancel. Unfortunately Wido doesn't believe in customer service as they still delivered a cancelled order and deducted money from my account.
I have sent them emails, ebay messages and tried to call them. Explaining that they have sent me a cancelled order. The times wido did message it was to tell me they were busy and asked me to raise a returns case. Which is did twice even though it's a cancelled order.
Then I finally get another message saying that I need to pay returns postage to wido. This company is boreding on ponzi scheme. How is it acceptable to not respond to a customer, repeatedly ignore them. On top ask them to pay for a return of an item - that they had cancelled the order for.
I would never waste my time on a place like this. Their products are as cheap as their attitude. My recommendation is pay a few pound extra and go to Argos or something. As any issues within their products will have you banging your head against a brick wall. They only care about take money, not customer care.

I was after a rattan set for a very long time, during lockdown I decided to go to wido after I saw a good priced rattan set. At first I was a bit sceptical after seeing the reviews here as I’d never heard of the company before... but I am so glad I ordered! Great from start to finish. Ordered Friday tea time it arrived today Tuesday!

2 Days of Trying to Reach Wido and…NOTHING!
2 days of trying to reach Wido and nothing. I placed my purchase over a week ago through manomano.co.uk who Wido sell through. Let me say all that I received was 1 email conformation informing me that my order had been excepted. Since then nothing.
On the email received was a delivery date of the 16/17 April and a tracking number which was false! Yep Wido provided a false tracking number. It is now the end of Thursday 17 April, I have no goods nor do I have a date when I will receive my goods. I only wish I had looked at Trustpilot first. If I had then I would have never purchased from Wido. How can a company say that provide good customer service? Don't part with your hard-earned money. Wido advertise goods at a lower price than other sellers just so you purchase through them. My advice is pay that £10 or £20 pounds more with another seller and receive piece of mind and you will also receive your goods.

I ordered a fire pit barbecue on Tuesday 7th April for delivery on Thursday the 9th April in time for the Easter holidays as we are on lockdown I thought I could do a barbecue for my daughters birthday on Easter Sunday. There were several options to get a barbecue on time I however chose Wido. I paid by PayPal and did expect to receive a tracking number. Thursday come and went as did Saturday and Sunday, I received an email on Monday saying she was unable to track my item so thinks it was lost in transit and would I like a replacement or refund! I advised I wanted my item. I have emailed several times through eBay and once through their site saying order please contact me. I had a reply when I put order Hower nothing on eBay even though I have opened a dispute! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR GOODS FROM WIDO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT! my current situation is the hold my money I have had no goods or reply’s to My emails! Shame on you Hayley!
Defeats the purpose of having warranty
I believe this will be the first and last time to use wido. Bought a car cover and after putting it on, I noticed a damage and so I registered the warranty. However to my surprise after registering I was told they would neither refund or replace it. Shocking customer service, the lady who dealt with my query gave me attitude. Technically I'm still within the 30 day returns policy so I'm dealing with them via ebay. Won't recommend at all!

Very pleased with my garden swing seat, purchased via the ManMano website. It was a good price, arrived in a few days and it's now assembled and looking great.
Great Customer Service
Ordered a Kitchen trolley from Wido through Ebay. Item was delivered promptly but a couple of parts were damaged. I contacted Wido and received a prompt response the following day offering a partial refund. Refund was also processed immediately. Great customer service just a shame about the product being damaged.

Ordered a cage for my pet rats and has…
Ordered a cage for my pet rats and had been promised next day delivery and an email with tracking details.
Once paid I only received a confirmation of payment email then nothing thereafter.
The item did not arrive next day but it did however the day after that.
Did not receive any tracking details or anything to tell me when parcel would arrive. Still had no replies to my email and I am yet to build and check condition of cage. Hopefully it is fine, because I think it will be a struggle to return with the lack of communication.

Again would offer 0 stars. Product not arrived when stated. In fact I refused to accept it now. When a company strap line is WIDo - we deliver next day - live up to it. Talk about over promise, under deliver. Phone calls on hold range between 30 minutes plus. Then promised the non delivery would now take place 6 days later than a next day delivery should. Got to Thursday - still no delivery. Another 30 minutes on hold. Put a bad review on Social Media and my phone rang immediately to state driver could not make delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Was promised a tracking consignment number when product dispatched and again received nothing. Seems majority of reviews state the same. Won't go near or recommend to anyone ever. LIES ! You have been warned.

This 5 star review is directly related to the customer service of WIDO uk. I ordered and electric massage couch for my wife, and paid, then only an hour later my wife decided that she did not want it.
I left a message with Wido to cancel and refund the item, but then next day received a notification that the couch had been dispatched and was out for delivery. I contacted WIDO by email again, and mentioned that I had tried to cancel the item, and received a message back to say, that the item was out for delivery, but that a request had been sent to the courier to return the item, and that I would get a refund of the full amount on return.
An hour later I was messaged and told that the order had been cancelled, and that I had been refunded in full. Having read some of the poor reviews for WIDO, some of them I am sure , very unjust, I can offer nothing but praise for the communication skills, and impressive customer service skills of their staff. A very well deserved 5 stars, I will definitely use this store again, as with the range of products available there will always be something to purchase.
Excellent company
Excellent service, came the next day when ordered, excellent quality. Really cheap. Did not disappoint what so ever. I thought I had a part missing which I soon realised I didn’t , I just had lost it, I contacted them and said there was a part missing. Got back to me super fast and sent another part out that same day. Now I have 2 of the same parts but excellent service, would highly recommend to anyone. Really doubted this company because of many bad reviews but I had no problem whatsoever. Would 100000% be ordering from them again
Poor quality
Purchased an outside bistro set last year. Kept it out of the elements and on getting it back for the summer discover it has completely rusted. I contacted them and as it was just out of warantee they could do nothing. They have now increased that to 2 years but not for me!
So I have a ruined set that I used for maybe 2/3 months.

1. Produkt didnt come in time , spent 2 hours waiting for somoene to finally pick up the phone, was told that it is delivered. (How? When? I do not have the item.!)
2. It took them 3 days to finally deliver the parcel unfortunatelly equipment was damaged
3. Contacting them for a month (!!!!) to replace the broken part
