Dave and Carrie were amazing from start to finish. They took the time to talk carefully through options for what we wanted and explained things clearly. Communication was excellent and Carrie did an amazing job. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic service, thorough, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient enough to explain everything thoroughly to a non technical audience. Also a friendly and positive duo who you’re happy to have in your home. Would thoroughly recommend. We’ve had 6 years of dodgy WiFi in a 3 story Victorian house and now it’s super fast and stable in every room.

Great work from Dave and Carrie at WiFiGuys who installed a exterior Cat6 line in our house between the ground floor and first floor.
Initial site survey was quickly scheduled and straightforward, and there was no attempt to up-sell me on anything. In fact, quite the opposite: I got some solid advice of, "Mike, you really don't need Cat8 for your devices and that length of cable" 😅
Installation was handled super-efficiently. Minimal disruption to the house, no mess afterwards, everything carefully and tidily positioned.
Performance is superb - I see full-fibre bandwidth to my desktop now, which is a big plus when working from home.

I am very happy with the work that the Wifi Guys did on my house recently. I needed an extension of my wifi out to a garden building, and I wasn’t quite sure what would be possible. Dave and Carrie visited and explained very clearly what the options were, and followed up with a very reasonable quote. They came back soon after and did the installation, which wasn’t easy (especially as it involved crawling into some quite small loft areas!), but they did it very efficiently and with good humour! The wiring and wifi equipment is very tidy and discreet, which I am very pleased about. It’s great to have working wifi in the garden building. It was lovely meeting Dave and Carrie, and I felt they put a lot of effort into making it a pleasant and friendly experience. Many thanks to them both!

Called for advice, was sign posted to a solution that didn’t involve any purchase. (Knew nothing so could have been sold anything)

Dave and Carrie were able to build upon what I had previously installed in my home. They both have extensive knowledge of networking and gave me great advice on what I needed in my home. I was pretty set on Ubiquiti equipment, and after a survey of my home I was given a detailed review of what would be needed to provide my home with consistent wifi throughout. They are a very honest team who will provide you with what you need not what they want to sell you. I approached them with ideas of pieces of Ubiquiti kit that I thought I might need. I was given detailed answers as to why this was overkill for now, but how it could be integrated into my home network at a later date if I wanted to go down that path.

Dave and Carrie have emailed me when something looks off on my network, often this is because I have been fiddling and not noticed that I have changed something.

The pre, during and after care has been second to none, I highly recommend this company if you need help with your wifi and/or network needs.

Dave & Carrie did a great job installing my home wifi, after a previous company botched the initial job. They were really knowledgeable, they listened to my requirement and got the job done quickly & efficiently. My external wifi has worked extremely well over the 4 months since installation. I've literally not had a single issue. I'd highly recommend Dave & Carrie to get the job done!

Dave and Carrie provided a thorough and professional service improving the wifi in our new home, a mixture of wired and wireless technology to maximise signal strength throughout the house. Dave and Carrie provided an excellent service. I needed an ethernet cable installed to an office in an extension, so the cable needed to be run outside and around the property. They explained exactly what was needed, what they were going to do and did a very neat job, clearing everything up after the work was finished. They were also lovely to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Dave and Carrie originally came over in July to install some outside ethernet cabling to both our TV downstairs, and separately to a first floor desk top PC. They did a great job, install was very neat and tidy and everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately I had to call them out again in October when our 6 month old Welsh Terrier pup chewed through the ethernet at ground level that led to the first floor PC!
Dave and Carrie responded quickly and came over to replace the damaged cable to restore everything back to normal. A few large and better placed flower pots and tubs look to be keeping the pooch away ( so far)!
I really appreciate the work Dave and Carrie have done and especially having to come out again so soon after the first install. Would highly recommend these guys, great job, and very professionally carried out ( twice!)

Really great work by the team at WiFi guys. They have fit a brand new WiFi network across my house and it's been such a massive improvement over our BT hub system. They were a pleasure to have in the house, thoughtful and did their work to a fantastic standard. I'd highly recommend to anyone with spotty WiFi!

I had a long-standing Wi-Fi issue in my garden ‘den’. WifiGuys solved the problem with a clever solution. They were punctual, the communication was superb and the outcome absolutely fantastic - we now have super fast Wi-Fi where we couldn’t get it before

Dave and Carrie were superb from start to finish. They're professional, knowledgeable, and will tell you what they think is the best solution for you, not for them! They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, as well as answering any questions I had. They have very high standards for their installations, and want everything to not only work well, but look as good as possible too. I'd recommend them without a moment's hesitation.
