It was not easy the site did not work …

It was not easy the site did not work very well it took a few attempts to do it &gif I use my I pad I can't use my phone so what happens when family arrive !!!!!!!! Not good for the price

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry that you had problems with the website, I will certainly look into it and see if there were any server issues etc, about the time of your order.

For a large park as the one you are on, it is industry standard to restrict the voucher to one connection at a time, otherwise one voucher ends up being shared between everyone on a plot, and all of a sudden, the system will get bogged down as every plot does the same.

Following earlier feedback, we have introduced more vouchers for different times for visitors etc.

The pricing structure has been agreed with the park owner, and as such, we don't have much control over this.

I require connection to 2 units but was …

I require connection to 2 units but was unable to simply obtain a voucher for unit 2. After a number of attempts I was about to give up and I wondered if I had to apply via the account opened via unit 1. Eureka it worked!
Perhaps this could be explained on your voucher purchase instructions.

It's just an awful experience trying to …

It's just an awful experience trying to get the code and log on.
If you need it as they have a monopoly you are held to ransom and have to go through the pain.
Choices of time are limited so if needed for 3 days for you instance you have to go through the pain 3 times.
Just almost unbearable !!

Hello Steve,

I'm sorry that the experience has not been to your satisfaction.

The time choices have been set as they are in order to give choice, but not overload the user with too many options.

If for instance, you wanted to use the WiFi for three days, you could order a 24 Hour voucher three times in one order, or even a week voucher, which ends up cheaper than 3 x 24 Hour vouchers.

The decision to purchase vouchers through the website has been made in line with the park owner, the tenants in the houses on the site didn't want anything to do with the administration and handling of the vouchers, and neither did the park owner.

Currently the signal is intermittent.
My fee was not accepted via American Express, despite clearly displaying this means of acceptance.

1st time of purchasing

Purchasing the vouchers was very easy and connection to service on caravan site was immediate once code was entered on device. Reasonable price for the season.

Quarry Wi-Fi

The process was simple to follow and took only minutes to get connected. I can't foresee a demand for a one day voucher at £6 but I think a one or two week option would have been useful so that visiting family could additionally connect.

The link to buy a voucher does not work …

The link to buy a voucher does not work in Windows 10. You have to right click it and open it in a new tab. In windows 7 it would not work at all.

The connection keeps dropping out as well on the Quarry site.

Thanks for pointing out the issues that you have had, I will look into why the link doesn't seem to be working. Following your review, I have re-provisioned the WiFi points in the Quarry to run at full power, rather than Auto power, which can cause the WiFi to drop in an out.
