Now known as bebble bubble avoid at all costs

Now known as bebble bubble the company are absolute con artists!

£30 I paid and expected the product nicely boxed like in the images it turned up in a clear nylon plastic bad, no instructions or certification marks etc with a tiny funnel for the pump that won’t let air nor water in.

I will be sending back for a full refund and have raised a dispute on PayPal. Their customer service is disgusting they accused me being a liar and just kept a saying everything was in accordance with their customer services. I don’t even want to give them 1 star!

I'd give this zero stars if I could

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Arrived 6 weeks late, got 25% discount when I chased it up.

Very disappointing when they did come. A tiny little straw provided could not possibly pump water in to the size advertised. I got a complete refund with very little effort, which is the only positive. I'm curious about the original product pictured, this appears to be a knock-off.

Avoid this product/company

As everyone seems to state, stay away from this crowd. What we got is not what was advertised. Inflated to about size of a football and it burst within one minute.

Products are fake from what I've seen

Products are fake from what I've seen. I wouldn't know as a month and a half later mine still hasn't arrived.

Was told to track the package, but never sent on a tracking number.

Contacted customer service asking for a refund and they offered 25% refund. I will be opening a case with PayPal against them.

This is definitely a scam!

This is definitely a scam!
I normaly never order from the adds on Instagram that just randomly pop out. I did this time because I knew that my disabled son would love it. I had a feeling it's something fishy when I received a couple of emails from the 'company' asking me to confirm my address by clicking on the link. Another email came about the couriers being busy or something and asking me to track my order. Then I googled them. Their website is very bare, no products listed or to sell. Only the link to track the order appears everywhere!
I reported it to PayPal already. Hope I will get my money back.

This is a scam - what is sent is not what is advertised. If you paid through PayPal, just open a dispute - I got my money back in a couple of days.

As per previous thread

As per previous thread. Complete scam. I ordered 3 of these for friends kids. All utter rubbish, can't be filled with water at all and nothing like advertised. They offered me 25% refund and then 50% refund. They have confirmed they can not replace the product as they are out of stock. Doubt I will even receive the refund. Avoid at all costs wish I'd seen these reviews first but I ordered 4 weeks ago and just received them yesterday.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE ! COMPLETE SCAM!
After seeing the advert for the water filled Bebble on Instagram I checked out amazon and eBay to see a load of cheap, s**t alternatives from China for a couple of quid. I decided to order the “legitimate” product from the Bebble website even though it was £20. (Apparently half price at that!) I wanted to fill it with water as shown on the website so my little girl could play on it in the garden..
After waiting nearly 4 weeks for it to arrive what came through the door was a cheap, s**t, Chinese made alternative!!!!!!
I did not order a “glow in the dark jelly balloon ball”. It couldn’t be filled with water and could be blown up a maximum of 5 times according to the package. After seriously struggling to even inflate it (as it came with no nozzle) it popped the first time my little girl played with it and she whacked her face on the path !
I am F***ing furious as I type this... Absolute disgrace and a complete scam.
I have emailed them to demand a refund but sense I have been duped and will just have to kiss goodbye to the £20.. I think whoever is behind this will be relying on the fact that most people will to do the same and they are up tens of thousands of pounds!

This was ordered through Bebble

This was ordered through Bebble. Co. UK... That site is now only showing a "track my order" page and now this is a replica of the site.

Same as others, received a rubbish product. I complained and they offered me 20% discount off the £20 I paid (advertised as half price!). This is definitely to be reported in my opinion. I paid through PayPal and used their dispute resolution to get the refund which they agreed to within a day so definitely recommend doing that.

Interesting they have a new website name!! I wonder which authorities would be interested in being notified.
