Selection is very good

Selection is very good. Shipping is fast. Return policy is fair, but I live too far away from any USPS to return items. So I buy clearance wigs and end up with a collection of wigs that didn’t work out.

The salesperson who helped me was…

The salesperson who helped me was amazing - super nice and helpful. She gave me really great advice and was able to get the shipping to be expedited. She gave me recommendations about the products available and was very knowledgable. This is what customer service should be like every time!

Different

I repurchased Crushing on Casual and it is very different than the one I have, also it is very different from the picture online. I was disappointed. I ordered a Nour at the same time and it also was very different from the picture and what I thought I was going to receive.

I always have a great experience with wigoutlet.com!
The website is easy to navigate, and returns are quick and easy. My wigs are received in a timely manner and well packed. I always check this website first for the wigs I am interested in as they are the best value. I have been shopping on this website for over 5 years and will continue to do so.

Met my needs and expectations

I wanted an attractive wig to see me through chemotherapy. I had trouble finding the right size. This wig looks very good, fits, and was a more attractive price than many I looked at. Shipped and arrived sooner than I expected. Extremely satisfied.
