I bought my first wig on this website. Although it didn’t fit (I have a large head it turns out) the return was SO easy! I TRULY appreciate the fact that I AM able to return it. A lot of other websites have such strict policies, I’ll never buy one from other companies. I feel like I can try and find what will work for me, and not feel anxiety about being out of so much money if it doesn’t work. The wig itself was beautiful, the shipping was amazing as well! I appreciate that they understand that not every color or fit, will be made for everyone. 10/10 Experience!
I do wish there were more options for larger heads. That’s the only thing I was a little bummed about. But, that is brand related I believe.

I ordered the wig Chat
I ordered the wig Chat. Perfect fit. No need for a trip to salon for a trim. My only complaint is the color in picture doesn't match the actual wig. I ordered a second wig in a different color but it had all the grey around the face which made too much light colored hair at front. Sent the second wig back. The wig color on the second wig was what I always wear but couldn't wear this extra grey face edge.

Wigs.com very good but I had to return wig due to quality. Very thin. It’s seems to be hit or miss most of the time with quality of wigs.
