The hair is soft and easy to maintain. It sheds like all hair does but nothing too alarming. The lace, however is thick, but with a professional install, you can wear it with confidence.

It's so easy to order on the website
It's so easy to order on the website. The information for each of the wigs is adequate. I had requested for my wig lace to be cut, and it was cut exceptionally well.

Goood quality hair
Goood quality hair. Swift service and quick delivery + response time. Hair is a bit shorter (12inch looks like 10inch) but overall good wig. Also comes with cute little extras! <3

Professional and efficient
I ordered my wigs at such short notice (I live abroad) and the only way for me to get the hair was to ask a colleague from SA who was travelling to the UAE to bring it. Mbali went out of her way to make sure that the order was complete on time. The quality of the hair is so good. I’m definitely going to order more wigs. Consider me a “returning customer”.
