Excellent best Ive ever had . She was extremely nice and kind . Very efficient return my call the same day and made my return so simple .

The wig is beautiful and the color perfect, but I ordered a PETITE cap and this cap is SWIMMING on my head - I cannot even wear it, it looks ridiculous. I feel cheated out of a Petite cap that would have be usable. I'm left with an expensive item I'm unable to use. I shall not order from this company again. Their sizes are unreliable and this item is not-exhchangable or returnable.

The wig is absolutely NOTHING like the picture. Horrible. I can't return it because I shook it, sprayed it, brushed it. Did everything to make it work but not happening

I ordered a wig in UK to be shipped out to a USA address where I will be on vacation. I was able to communicate with staff at wig studio 1 via email. They responded straight away and gave me updates on the order. I was kept informed right up to the successful delivery.

The customer service made my experience great. First, I ordered the new Amore wigs at a great price, but when I received them, one had a defect, and another was too small. A third one was on backorder, and while I was waiting, I began seeing reviews about it running small. I contacted customer service to ask about the fit, and they confirmed that I might try a different manufacturer. Then they refunded all 3, and I sent the 2 back and canceled the third. The process was easy, and they were supportive every step of the way.

I purchased two wigs - one was an open box, the other a closeout. While the wigs arrived separately, one was delivered two days after my order and the other arrived two days before the estimated date.
Both wigs arrived in new condition. I have no complaints.
