Amazing quality case and good service

These cases are out of these world. I checked so many leather cases and nothing comes close to the quality of this leather. The texture and the patina it makes it really stands out compared to generic “genuine” leather cases. They added now camera control button and it’s flawless experience. I used to have the original cases from Apple but this is far better. I also had to contact the customer service more than a year later and they were extremely friendly, attentive and solution oriented. I know it’s just a case but they really do a great job as a small family business.

I’ve had iPhones for over a decade and this is the best looking case I’ve ever owned. Also seems well made and fits well. Customer service made an exception and shipped it to Denmark (after paying a shipping fee), which they don’t support by default on their site. Would recommend and buy again!

Worst service I ever experienced. I have payed for the product on 20th of Jan - it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd of Jan. After the payment I’ve got a tracking number that is untraceable on DHL - it just doesn’t show anything. I didn’t get anything delivered and also no notification - nothing. Trying to contact the company via email and phone calls - nothing. Nobody gives a heck about clown in this company guys, stay away from them.

Very bad customer service. I have been waiting for at least 25 days for a response from Wiiuka, and I have not gotten any against the returned item (16 pro max phone cover). These guys do not reply to emails, do not pick up phone calls, and do nothing. It is the worst service I have experienced in Germany so far.

I bought a case for the iPhone 16 Pro on Amazon and I am very pleased with the design and quality of the leather. Beautiful and high-quality case with a magnet for the power bank. All recommendations for Wiiuke
