Ordered a leaf blower and competitively priced and promised delivery on 31/10 (on or before). No communication and when did not arrive tried to use mail and then chat to contact customer services (apparently answering calls in 4 hours). No response and when finally got a reply they said they were unable to fulfill and would refund in 48 hours. All communication by mail from then on. Nothing received to date 24 hours later and anxiously waiting to see if they do anything. A once great company obviously struggling and suggest avoid at all costs!

This company took money from my bank without authorisation after I had cancelled my subscription.
Not only have they taken money from me but they haven't sent anything as way of a purchase for this money.
They have refused a refund and are now ignoring my messages.
