I ordered a hoodie on November 17th, said it would ship immediately. Just before Christmas I reached out and was told it would ship as soon as the new year started. Still nothing and no response as I have emailed multiple times. Total scam.
Wilbur Soot charges your credit card immediately, but doesn't ship for several months. When the hoodie arrived, it was about three sizes larger than I ordered (but still marked with an extra small tag). Because they charge you months before shipping, I cannot dispute the transaction with my credit card company. And because the tag says XS, they will say my item is not defective and will not refund me.
It's a nice sweater shirt not the highest quality but very nice! I did make the mistake of buying a size too small but it's still really nice! The website functions very well and is super comfortable!!
