Beautiful wreath but not ‘as full’ as on the website, was a bit disappointed as the price is high, ribbon wasn’t attached either. Well wrapped and delivered promptly

Order never got delivered

Dear Wild at heart, I always admired your liberty store display however my first customer experience with you was a huge disappointment. I ordered flowers to be delivered for an important event which I could not attend. However the delivery person did a terrible job and left the flowers with the wrong person despite having been given the correct full business address, contact person and correct contact telephone number, which he failed to verify and call. So the flowers never even arrived the intended recipient and missed the important occasion which the flowers were ordered for! Wild at heart refunded the money, but it left a very poor impression for me for the business. I can not trust the business to handle important orders.

While we provided all the correct details to the delivery service, they did not adhere to the instructions, resulting in this unfortunate outcome.

I ordered a floral arrangement and a…

I ordered a floral arrangement and a wreath for a Christmas party, but the wreath arrived without the flowers and I had to chase it up. I was contacted very quickly and told it was human error and that the bouquet hadn't been sent. It was then sent out immediately. It did arrive in time for the party but caused a bit of anxiety. I was extremely thrilled with the quality of the product when it did arrive and think that both the wreath and the flowers are well worth the money. I felt I had to give a review that represented my whole experience.

Spectacular Christmas foliage

Order was easy to place and delivered on time by a friendly driver who asked where I wanted the various items left (given size/weight). The wreaths are stylish and bigger than I expected, and the mantelpiece garland is the most beautiful I've ever had.

Website again ( have had previous…

Website again ( have had previous issues) will not accept deliveries to Scotland 4 emails 2 phone calls I eventually received a reply asking me to email order and invoice would be created. All which could have been done at first phone call. I am hoping I do receive ABUNDANT sized products for such a price and very healthy carefully arranged wreath and flowers to ladt the occasion. In padt some bouquets been small when ordered abundant size.
