Flowers were fantastic but were delivered too late in the day after our colleague had left the Chiswick Nursing Centre for the day.
The flowers are amazing and the shelf life is actually long. The bouquets where perfect looking and the delivery was on time.
Nice Flowers but I was disappointed by the size of the bouquet of flowers. I chose the largest size and the style wild.
In comparison, I ordered an additional bouquet of flowers by another company. It was less than half the prize, peonies marvellous even though just 10 of them without any accessoires it made a much better impression(80 pounds) . My husband, who received both bouquets, liked it though but did not know the large prize difference. So it fulfilled the purpose.
For the prize of nearly 300 pounds I definately expected more and feel a little betrayed. Maybe you did not send the ordered size? I prize of the second largest size might have been acceptable.

Flowers arrived looking tired and sad. Needed a lot of reviving. We cut stems, got rid of brown petals and sagging bits. Great improvement, but still not the brilliant standard one’s come to expect from Wild st Heart.

Only two disappointments in that I forgot to complete a message card to my daughter and was told by a member of staff to email the shop with my order number and message for inclusion, but it didn't happen. Also the Sezane perfume bottle was only half full. We emailed the store but no one has replied.

I am extremely disappointed with the Mother's Day flowers (x2) I sent, especially considering the £200+ price point for each arrangement. I was very disappointed with the condition of the flowers upon arrival. The petals were already falling off, and the roses appeared bruised. Unfortunately, the quality continued to deteriorate rapidly. The bouquets were far below expectations, and unfortunately, the customer service I received afterwards was not up to standard either. Given the high cost, I had hoped for a much better experience overall.

Order 72142, cost over £100 and a delivery charge of £15, within UK.
First time customer. Ordered flowers to be delivered for a certain date and was emailed a discount code to use which did not work and when I followed up with the team received a very slow and unsatisfactory response, suggested I use a different email next time I order and would then be sent a new discount code…
Flowers failed to arrive on the specified date, was told
there was nobody at home when I knew for a fact that was not possible as one resident is currently housebound.
When they arrived the following day those flower were lovely but in severe need of hydration and three blooms were beyond rescuing. Would be very slow to recommend or use again.
