Terrible company. Shipping took 2 months. Sizes are not correct. Shipping to return was half the cost of the item, so they requested $20 more in shipping and just keep the wrong size and they will... See more

It's a scam

It's a scam. Stay away. It's not bad customer service. It's $5 in fabric that either a) won't arrive (like mine never did), or b) if it does, is not what you ordered and there is NO return policy.

Thankfully, I paid with my AmEx and used this review thread to prove it was a scam. I was lucky and got my money back. Other's here clearly haven't had such luck.

Simplest decision is to not click on the ads and if you see them, report to FB and any other site you see them on and include this link of one-star scam reviews.

I ordered three men's jacket in Large…

I ordered three men's jacket in Large from WildernessMan website. What was received was nothing as described on the website. All three jackets had very short sleeves and were NOT made for a Large size whatsoever.
I requested a refund OR at least make the necessary modifications of the three jackets so that they fit. I was told to send them back to China while also being told it will cost too much so I may as well keep them! This is the absolute worse situation to be in when you already paid for something. This company offered to refund 30% of the amount I paid on these items. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company as well as the U. S. Department of Justice.

This company and/or website is a scam

This company and/or website is a scam! Please don't click on FB ads or anything to buy clothes from. My husband ordered a jumper in L, they sent presumably in M. There's no bra d label, size or material indication. And to get a refund is horrible. Please don't fall for this scammer from China.

Over $200 lost and Never Received My Purchase

I never received my second order of over $200 worth of clothes, and they claimed I did not give the right address. The emailed receipt proved them wrong. It has been nearly a month. The company tried to get me to pay an extra cost to get the clothes resent. NO WAY. Still have nothing. My first order can through fine. The clothes were smaller than I expected, but I ordered the clothes larger because I thought this would happen.

This business needs to be required to…

This business needs to be required to post there actual garmets because there is no comparison once you receive what you order. Then, with them being overseas, they want to give you a fraction of a fraction of a fraction if what you paid. The garmet I bought should not have even been sent let alone made. Material is undesirable, fit is tight and the button are on it as if it was for a women. None of this mattered to them. They should be shut down in my opinion.

It's a Chinese scam operation.

I ordered a jacket that took a month to arrive. When it did it looked like the pockets on it were intended for a child. No way I could get my hands in them. Sent the item back to New York. To "Joe Doe". Where it came from. Was told by customer service I would have to send it to China for a refund. Now customer service has stonewalled me. I'm screwed out of $60

Horrible Quality, Can't Return Item

I received a jacket that looks nothing like the photos. Worst quality article of clothing I've ever purchased. Frayed ends, uneven seams, and no brand or customer care tags. I have been trying to return this item to no avail. I think this company is a scam.

Bad review

I would stay away from this company....their sizes are not equivalent to American sizes....if you try to get a refund, you will be wasting your time. I do NOT recommend doing business with them.

These people are scam artists

These people are scam artists. They have pictures of nice looking clothes but what you receive is crap. I ordered a peacoat that was supposed to be denim. What I received was a poorly made imitation made of thin twill with no lining. It looked like what you would buy as a halloween costume. The shipping label says Jon Doe and has warehouse address in NY. They expect you to send it back to China on your own dime if you want a refund. False advertising.

Sent wrong color - refund issue

I ordered a green sweater per the description of the item and the photo on their website. They sent black. The material was thinner than pictured. I was offered 10% to keep the black sweater. I requested a refund and they expected me to pay for return shipping to China due to their mistake.
