I’ve been shopping with wildflower…

I’ve been shopping with wildflower cases since I was in the 8th grade. I love their cases so much. I’m super happy that protection comes with customization and character. I’ve never been unsatisfied. These cases really do last and are a conversation starter. LOVE!!!

Really disappointing- I had an issue…

Really disappointing- I had an issue where I had to return the product twice. Shipping was $12 each time. I wrote them an email, thinking this was a nice small company, but I got a response that was clearly written by AI.

I love the case so so much and the team…

I love the case so so much and the team are the sweetest , after my purchase I got an email saying if I needed any help or have questions about the purchase , they’re the best . 💓💓💓💘💘 and the case is soooo prettyyyy + I live in Europe and got it faster than expected

Wildflower Case Review - Fatherkels + Bedazzled Camera Lenses

I will say this is a great phone case but knowing it’s not MagSafe and is pretty expensive is a little too much (only if you like the aesthetic purposes of phone cases, then this brand is good for you!). Overall, I love the design and collabs that Wildflower shares with and the detail in the case. I can see the texture through the case and I don’t know if that’s some sort of fabric but it looks cool. I didn’t really know that the case has a little depth to it but I think that’s where the protection of the case comes from so that it doesn’t destroy the design on the back and only hits the sides of the case. 100% what I bought on the picture along with the bedazzled camera protector lenses. They are nice/shiny in person and make my camera look bigger than what I expected. It does pair nicely to the phone case I bought which was the fatherkels phone case collab. (iPhone 16 pro max)

Good product, but customer service could be better

I bought the Orchid case and the camera bling for my iPhone 16. The quality is good overall, though I’d say the products are slightly overpriced. The design is created by sticking a piece of fabric to the inside of the case, which feels a bit unusual. It isn’t glued completely flat either, but it’s not noticeable once the case is on the phone. It still looks good overall.

Customer service wasn’t great. I tried to cancel my order so I could change something, and their policy says you must cancel before the order ships to get a refund. However, the only way to cancel is by email, and it took them about 2.5 days to respond. Luckily they replied before the order was dispatched, but the delay still wasn’t ideal. By that point I decided I'd rather just stick with my order as it was, especially as I'd have to wait for shipping as well.

I ordered from the UK and delivery took 10 days, which was within the timeframe they stated, so I was happy with that. That said, the slow email response makes me concerned about how easy it would be to arrange a return if I ever needed to.

I absolutely love Wildflower

I absolutely love Wildflower. They are the most courteous and friendly company I’ve ever dealt with. There phone cases are beautiful and extremely durable. I will definitely keep ordering from them.

These are my all time favorite cases!!
They are so unique and stylish everyone asks me where I got them from.
The designs have always been ahead of their time.
Imagine I had 4 for my previous phone and now that I got a new one I’m starting my newest collection ❤️

Horrible customer service and case quality

I have used their cases for over a decade and never had a problem until the iPhone 16 Pro Max cases. The cover of the visual intelligence button, and whole button itself has fallen off of my last two cases. Each one lasted 6 months. The first time I didn’t think much of it and just ordered a new one. The second time I realized it had to be an issue with the case design, and I contacted their customer service and was told my case was still under warranty and to send a video of the issue. After I did that, it has been complete silence for weeks. Their initial customer response is AI, it is almost impossible to get in contact with a human. Absolutely horrible they sell defective cases and will ignore people reaching out for support instead.

Exceptional Customer Service

I placed an order for a phone case, but then had to get a new phone so I wanted to make an exchange. I ended up in the hospital for weeks and missed the exchange window, but they very kindly made an exception for me and let me exchange my case for the correct size! Everyone was so incredibly nice during the emails back and forth and helped me get what I needed to fit my phone! I got my correct size case in the mail and I love it so much! I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future!! Exceptional customer service!!!!!

I ordered the fruit tart phone case back in November, however it got to January and I had never received it as it had gotten lost in mail.
