Quality isn't that Good.

The food is mostly from overseas suppliers and is low quality. Even the US seafood isn't fresh..
Be careful if you buy from them and don't expect it to any better then Walmart.

Charged my card without consent even after cancellation of membership

I used to love Wild Fork, but then they increased their membership fee without any notification. I noticed when I saw a different monthly charge--$9.99 (previously $2.99).

I considered that I may have missed the email, but after an extensive search of my emails, I did not find any. And you would think that a business would send multiple emails in advance of a price increase.

The new price structure is $29.99/yr or $9.99/mo. I would have happily paid the new $30 annual fee if I had received an email advising me about the new pricing.

I called immediately (they no longer have the chat option) and asked them to reverse the charge and cancel my membership. I could've sworn I asked them to remove my card info from their system. At that point, leaving my card on file with a business who illegally makes charges without my consent was not an option.

Well, they continued to charge me for 3 months.

All in all, I had to waste my time twice, calling to cancel it and have the fees reversed.

They didn't even apologize.

DELIVERY OF PURCHASE FROM ‘WILD FORK’

MADE A PURCHASE FROM ‘WILD FORK’! WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED BY THEIR WEST HEMPSTEAD STORE, BETWEEN 9 AM - 11 AM. WAS WAITING SINCE 8:30 AM FOR SAFETY.
ADDRESS IS SPECIFIC “SIDE DOOR”! AT NOON STARTED TO CALL STORE AS WHEN DELIVERY WOULD BE COMING, WHEN AN GENTLEMAN WORKING FOR THE ELECTRIC COMPANY TOLD ME THERE WAS A FOOD PACKAGE ON MY FRONT STEPS! CHECKED IT OUT, SURE ENOUGH, ‘DOOR DASH’ LEFT THE PACKAGE ON THE FRONT STEPS IN THE SUN!
ANOTHER COMPANY HIRING ILLITERATES.
TRIED TO LEAVE A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEB SITE, BUT THAT WASN’T WORKING.
HAVEN’T TRIED FOOD YET!

"I'll grind your bones to make my bread"

I bought the ground duck package and while the taste is really great, there was ground bone in every other bite. Most were tiny pieces and no issues but there were larger bits of bones that might harm my elder family members I do not recommend this product nor will I buy it again.

Great first time!

First time to the store in Fort Lauderdale on 14th and Federal - excellent service and prices. So far I've only cooked up the center cut sirloin not aged and they were amazing even reheated. The meat was tender and tasty with minimal seasoning of kosher salt and a little black pepper cooked with butter (unsalted).

Wild Fork is truly an awesome shopping…

Wild Fork is truly an awesome shopping experience. I have noted a number of truly terrible reviews and most of them appear to be delivery orders. If you are lucky enough to live near one of their brick and mortar stores, it is a 5 star experience. The variety is endless and the quality is incredible on most items. They carry many things you do not see elsewhere such as Iberico pork products including pork cheeks and loin. The seafood selection is great and the prices are better than what I used to pay at Costco. Key West pink and Argentine red 21/25 shrimp for $10 or less per pound. Organic chicken thighs around $3.50 per pound. They have these 7 ounce duck breasts, marinated or plan for $7 and the quality is great. Other bad reviews mention things such as the chicken was tasteless. Ever hear of spices when cooking? Others complain it is all frozen. Yes, it is and that is the concept. Flash freeze upon final production instead of letting the product rot for days on end before it hits your local markets. People just like to complain and as someone in the food industry I can assure you that you need to visit a store if you are lucky enough to have one there. I do not buy clothes online as you cannot see, touch and feel them. Same thing for meats, poultry and seafood. I would however, buy again, again and again, as I have done from this awesome store.

Got the organic skinless

Got the organic skinless, boneless thin sliced chicken breasts. Ick. I ate two of them to be sure. First one (pan fried) came out like boiled chicken, no flavor. Second one was completely rubber...with no taste. Uneven sizes too from about 2 oz to 15 oz wadded up in a ball. Only after thawing can they be flattened. Just the thought makes me sick. Will never go back based on this experience.

The worst company EVER...meat was brown..spent over 100 dollars. Definitely not what was advertised in the picture. It was ALL BROWN. And one of the meats were expired from 2002. Disgusting. Zero stars if possible.

On three occasions I have ordered that…

On three occasions I have ordered that turned out to be awful, pork was tasteless, Beef Bourguignon (ready prepared) was totally not what it was supposed to be, runny sauce and lacking in the vegetable area. Lastly a ham that they claimed to be "Uncured BI Spiral Sliced Half Ham" that turned out to a chemically tasted that was sliced in two slices, I think the person fell asleep after the effort..
I will not waste my time and money on anything else with Wild Forks.

Poof! You're no longer a customer

Been ordering from this company for years, overall the quality was good, just like any store, some less than stellar experiences, but overall a good experience. Today I went to order and suddenly my password is incorrect. I go online and update it, it takes the update. I then attempt to log back in and get incorrect password.

Apparently, they no longer service the area I live in, I called customer support and given a lack of Hindi language experience, I deciphered they no longer use UPS and the store closest to me closed because it was too expensive to run.

No email, no notification, just cancel your membership with no notice. I just ordered 3 weeks ago, they could have mentioned something then

I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

It takes a certain level of callousness to disrespect your customers on that kind of level. I suppose I'm most upset because Hindi girl kept saying "oh I get where you're coming from" I guess that was her new American term this week, she also kept insisting that if they open a new store they'd be sure to contact me.

Delivery was fine except now they ask…

Delivery was fine except now they ask for tip.
I hesitated ad I ordered from here to try ribs at a lower cost than Butcher Shoppe. Because I wanted to try first before committing to a larger order( ribs are $$ ) to get free delivery I had to order something else. I chose chicken, which was about sane price as supermkt. The ribs worked put pricier( re pkge weight) than advertised/ lb and the chicken cake with all pieces frozen packed together, which is not convenient fir me. The chicken was also labelled differently than what I ordered. Bottom line, I was angry about being asked for tip since now the cost of my food became more costly but I felt bad for driver and reluctantly gave a tip. If I had paid for delivery and was expected to tip, I’m not sure if I would. Hopefully the meat is good( especially ribs) but even if they are, I might just stick with Butcher Shoppe. I find a lot of their ads misleading.

I came to Skokie store to order some…

I came to Skokie store to order some meat for my dog Charlie. I spoke to one the employees working there, Devon, super nice guy! He showed me the different types of meat. At that time, little did I know the manager was there and was utterly disrespectful, condescending actually. Tried pushing me to order meat that was way above my budget when I repeatedly said no. Found out later his name is Dan.

I feel bad for the employees that work there to have such a manager. I will not be coming back to the store again.

After trying several different meat…

After trying several different meat delivery services over the past few years, we can confidently say that Wild Forks stands head and shoulders above the rest. From quality to customer service, they’ve consistently outperformed every competitor we’ve tried.

The selection is exceptional—whether it’s premium beef, chicken, pork, or specialty cuts, everything arrives impeccably packaged, flash-frozen at peak freshness, and ready to go. You can truly taste the difference in quality with every meal. Even the more unique options, like bison or Wagyu, are tender, flavorful, and restaurant-worthy.

What sets Wild Forks apart isn’t just the variety or quality (which are both top-notch), but also the reliability. Deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition, and their website makes ordering a breeze. We’ve never had to worry about freshness or incorrect orders—everything is always spot-on.

If you’ve been on the fence about trying Wild Forks or are frustrated with inconsistent experiences from other services, do yourself a favor and make the switch. They’ve earned our trust and loyalty, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

I applied for the Skokie job

I applied for the Skokie job. The employees working there are great and the meat products are wonderful, BUT management is completely awful. They make first impressions of you because of your age and if they do not like you, forget about getting job. My message to corporate, if you care about saving your store in Skokie, please remove Dan from manager.

Pros: Employees, pay
Cons: Management

I am no longer a member of Wild Fork

I am no longer a member of Wild Fork. I found their products sub standard. The Ahi smelled awful - got a refund. Every time I ordered the salmon I found BONES - LOTS OF BONES! i was told to send in photos of the bones, which I did - got a refund. It got scary because one large bone ended up in my mouth! I usually found them while cooking because I separated the fish. The last bone I found was huge! Who would save me from choking. So They gave ma 50 dollar sorry deal. I ordered the captain cut swordfish. Honestly, it tasted fishy. I have realized their products are not really good. Bones in fish filets?? If the fish smells it's not fresh - I'm from Boston we know our fish. So I'm writing as I asked them to do! They need to post on their website that their fish filets have bones & be careful. They never did this. I begged them to do this. There are other frozen fish companies out there. PLEASE BEWARE - WILD FORK FISH HAS BONES & TASTES FISHY. They are hoping I go away, but I do not want to find out someone choked on one of their bones! BEWARE OF WILD FORK! I ASKED AGAIN & AGAIN TO POST ON THEIR WEBSITE TO BEWARE OF BONES!! I DO HOPE NO ONE CHOKES ON THE BONES HIDING IN THEIR FISH FILETS.

Ordered in past

Ordered in past, always good with a bit of a decline as of late. Went to order and no longer ship to MA. Called, customer service not good, been outsourced and no understanding of what I needed. Moving in to a new meat supplier.

The customer service was great but cons on my purchases.

The customer service was great, employees are knowledgeable & helpful & the store is clean & inviting at the new store in Naperville, IL & my first time shopping there. I purchased shrimp, dungeoness crab claws, beef bacon, Maryland style crab cakes & uncured chicken breakfast sausage, a seasoning...all priced good. However, the bacon was very salty but the texture was good & meaty, the crab cakes were okay but not a must buy again, the crab claws looked good in the package but tasted old & the meat was mushy once unthawed. Lastly, I refrigerated the chicken sausage links, not realizing that the packaging said keep frozen until serving so, when I went to cook them, they smelled sour...not sure if it's because they're uncured so, I tossed them. I'll likely continue to purchase the shrimp from there & try the chicken sausage since I didn't follow the packaging to keep frozen. Otherwise, I won't be a frequent shopper there.

Not Impressed

I wasn't aware that everything in the store is frozen, even desserts. I bought some meat, meatballs and burgers which I haven't tried yet. But I can say I tried the CHEESE BALLS/BREAD and they were not good.
Spices look amazing, but don't shop if you're looking for anything Fresh. No fresh produce or fruit.
I wasn't impressed

Once again 5 Stars

Once again, another 7 lb brisket on the wood-fire smoker, 135 degrees later and a little beef nap, an awesome meal hits the table.

Tender, lean but still juicy. This is the 6th one in 3 months.

Flower Mound Texas store staff was helpful and patient. Packed our Freezer Duffle properly and carefully for our 40 mile ride home. Well worth the trip.

I strongly recommend the Flower Mound Texas Store to anyone who wants consistent great quality meats, great service, and an all-around good experience.
