Haven't eaten beef in decades. This Buffalo tastes like it used to when I started purchasing Buffalo from a local farmer decades ago! Keep up the excellent work, I'm hooked!

I love how they care about every aspect of their business especially the product itself - before it is sold to the consumer. I was very happy with the products we ordered. They arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of information that was included in the box- suggested recipes, a magnet, and a personal touch from the owners. I love knowing where the food I eat comes from- I will definitely order again!

They are user friendly both on the website and if you call them. Service is efficient , product is packaged very well , the meat is delicious.
I am allergic to beef and it is wonderful to find a product that is not fed wheat and corn that is actually better than beef.

After reading Buffalo for a Broken Heart, I wanted to try Bison as a healthy food item as part of our Whole 30 whole foods diet. So far we have tried a New York Strip steak and the premium ground, and both were delicious - mildly sweet and fresh tasting. Our order arrived in perfect condition, nicely packaged for shipping. The website is inviting and customer focused; ordering is easy. It is obvious the company is well run. The product is outstanding, and I like knowing that this food choice is good not only for our dining pleasure, but also for our health and the ecology of the Great Plains.

Our family and pets are enjoying the lean tender meat from your company. It is flavorful and a nice change from the conventional meats. We hope you will continue to provide humanely raised buffalo.

The quality of the meat is awesome. The best tasting bison product I've ever eaten. I bought bison burgers, sausages, and just to try it out, the liver. I was expecting great tasting burgers and sausages, but the liver is simply delicious. You will never find this in your local supermarket. I recommend giving Wild Idea Buffalo a try.

All items came well frozen.
The ground buffalo is great, but the Buffalo Bresaola was just like eating a cup of salt,way to salty. I will not buy the Bresaola again.
Otherwise good quality products for the money.

Happy with everything. They packed it well with plenty of freezer packs. Everything was very cold and still frozen.

Simple sm order,,,placed shipped and recv'd in timely manner,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and the chili was excellent.

Had to revise an order, customer service took care of everything, wouldn't hesitate to order from Wild Idea again,.

Wild Idea Buffalo company has the best 100% grass-fed buffalo I've ever tasted.

We wanted to say thank you for our first order. We have almost gone through al of our bison and just placed our second order. We were very happy and loved what we got we just had to order some more.
