I purchased boots clearly advertised as steel toed. The ones I received were not steel toed. I requested a return label to send them back to receive the correct ones. They are insisting that I pay the return shipping to Hong Kong before they will issue a refund, or exchange the boots. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from them.
