Great product
First time purchasing jeans from Wild Oak Boutique. My jeans arrived early and was true to size. My only problem with the jeans is I ordered low rise jeans and the jeans does not seem to be low rise. I still love my jeans!

I attempted to return a pair of pants…
I attempted to return a pair of pants that still had the tags, but because the tag wasn’t physically attached, they immediately denied my return. I only tried them on to see if they fit and discovered they were too big. Now I’m stuck with an item I can’t exchange for the correct size. Policies like this feel unfair to customers, especially when the item is unworn and tags are included. This experience was disappointing and not customer-friendly.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any confusion during the return process. We do accept items back as long as they are unwashed, unworn, and in resellable condition.
In the return portal, when “tags aren’t attached” is selected, a message appears stating:
“Jeans without tags attached are typically not eligible for return. However, if the tags are still attached or the jeans have not been washed or worn, please email a photo to support@wildoakboutique.com for review.”
If the item still had its tag included, our team would have been happy to review it—so we apologize if this wasn’t clear in the moment. Please feel free to email our support team with a photo, and we can take another look for you.

I needed to exchange my purchase for a smaller size and it was very easy with a very fast turn around. I do wish the sizes of the pants were advertised better. Your sizing says "true to size", however I actually needed to size down 2 whole sizes and they're still roomy.
