Most unreliable business!!!

I tried to support a small local business by using this company to get some menus, order pads etc. done for my own business, however have been completely disappointed with my experience. I have been waiting for 3 months to receive my completed order. Whilst it has been paid for in full, I am still waiting to receive my products. Customer service is also extremely poor; owner constantly gives excuses or just completely avoids phone calls and messages when trying to chase up.
I will not be using the company again, and I highly suggest to avoid disappointment and loss of money, that you don’t use them neither. Find a more professional and reliable service!
