Not sure where to start, It was a quiet day at work so I thought, what better thing to do than shop for sex toys for my partner and I.
I got a bit excited and bought multiple items but the key purchases were the Satisfyer Rose toy and the Gwack Gwack 2.0.
The Gwack is insane, there is no mouth that could compare to this thing. Solo use or letting your partner take over, once you get the hang of it the thing basically milks you… 10/10
As for the rose, my partner and I have always had a great intimate sex life. Neither of us have any problems finishing. But similar to the other toy once we worked out what worked best, we’ve never made such a mess. My partner said “ there’s coming, and then there’s what just happened “ I’ve never seen her shake like that, was good to experience it with her. 10/10

Their system is set up to trap you in automatic denials, excluding refund on items no matter your reason for requesting a return -Whether it’s the wrong size, a change of mind, or a product that simply doesn’t suit you, their pre-selected return options lead to one inevitable outcome — denial (you can check this yourself by reading their return policy [link blocked]).
They hide behind the excuse of “health and wellbeing,” but this isn’t about protecting customers — it’s about protecting profits. Refusing all returns under the guise of hygiene while pushing products and promoting a return system is nothing short of predatory. Customers are left powerless, out of pocket, and unheard. Even insulted in our case.
For a company claiming to value “customer satisfaction,” their rigid policies prove otherwise. No flexibility, no accountability — just a convenient way to ensure they never lose a dollar. If they truly cared, they would provide fair solutions rather than trapping buyers in a no-refund nightmare.
Don’t support businesses that exploit their customers. There are plenty of other adult stores out there that treat their customers with respect and fairness. Spend your money where your satisfaction actually matters. Wild Secrets certainly won’t deliver on that.

We stand by our criticism and warning to your customers. In relation to the item and review you mention; No fraud committed as you were informed honestly and without prejudice and no item was returned. As to how you have respond both in email and to feedback, I/we have little pity for the feelings of your staff as they clearly had no kind regard for our situation and losses. I/we offer for feedback to be removed if an apology is provided and a refund of the lesser value duplicate item is received. Otherwise I/we withhold the right to critique any and all aspects of the site, business and products with which we have used/purchased and and furthermore we withhold the right to do this on any review platform or account. I/we genuinely rate your return policy 1star and this is now 100% locked in after further investigation.

Perhaps you should re-read our email exchange. -We *proposed* putting the unused duplicate item in the packaging of the other unopened item. You denied this.
-We *proposed* returning the other unused item instead of the unused open item. You denied this.
-We highlighted our honesty to you in that no swap was attempted (as I’m sure many lesser honest people would do). You proceeded to essentially accuse us of fraud and jam your policy figuratively in our faces.

-The swapping of the packaging was an idea as we had disposed of the other packaging, or rather -it was not in a returnable state. As such we were trying to do right by you in providing undamaged packaging. It was not known at the time that opened packaging would AUTOMATICALLY according to your return policy result in a return denial. That is the ridiculous point we are illustrating here. -Your policy eliminates any hope of returning a product (whether used or not) simply because it has been opened. Hence the offer to return the other duplicate (albeit different colour) product. There was no intention to commit fraud, only find a solution to a problem, this is a concept you clearly want to shoot down by any means. The fact that your policy is so rigid that a return is essentially deniable by selecting *any* reason in the provided list is itself a major offence against your customers. It is what we could refer accurately as; leading the witness.
I think I/we have at this point have compelling grounds provide another review based on the senseless nature of these exchanges with Wild Secrets Customer Service. Accommodating a minor request to help a long-term customer correct a mistake would be a small loss for your company. The item should never have been purchased in the first place. However, rather than demonstrating understanding or flexibility, or offering even a partial refund or credit as one would normally expect you have continue to respond with impersonal corporate rhetoric.

Bought a product and opened it, didn’t use but went to put it away and realised we already had one still in its box from 20 months ago (we’ve bought a lot of toys). Initiated a return but as it was opened this was denied. Contacted them to request return of the unopened one which was denied despite being the same product of a different colour. They told us the previous order didn’t exist (it was only 2 orders back?) -no apology given when shown that was wrong. We Could have just swapped the new and old and sent it back but we did the honest thing and let them know. Asked them for a solution since they denied all three of ours and they essentially insulted our efforts and pushed the 90day policy like a power trip. Long Time Customers no longer.
The response from Wild Secrets is entirely predictable and corporate. No apology for insult and mistakes made. I encourage everybody to fight back against the business. Their return options are designed to result in a policy denial. You have to customise return requests through an entirely different link to instigate a request for defective items. I’d like to point out that no, they are not going to be able to tell undamaged packaging has been opened carefully, the insinuation is to discourage readers to do the same. For a huge business like this the profit gouging is deplorable.
