I found Michelle friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed having tried to research wildlife cameras online but she listened and patiently explained the differences.
She then came up with a complete, reasonably priced package for everything I would need, this included the NatureSpy Ursus Nova Trail Camera, SD card reader with two SD cards and two sets of batteries so the camera can always remain on. She also included a free ground spike.
This is a review for the company rather than the camera as I have yet to use it as it is a Christmas present from my children but I have no doubt that should there be an issue Michelle will resolve it quickly and efficiently!

I received my second trail-camera that I ordered along with the other goodies including an excellent battery charger. Very happy with service and hope to capture some more badger activity of which the first camera I purchased from Wild View Camera has been very successful along with other night life.

The website was easy to use. Descriptions of the range of items was clear and welcome. The transaction was without problems and I was informed of the status of my order subsequently. The items arrived as anticipated and was well packed to protect the delicate goods. I am delighted with the purchase but as it is a Christmas present I’m not allowed to ‘play’ with camera until later!

The camera is a Xmas gift so hasn’t been opened yet. However it arrived quickly and wee packaged. I appreciated the clear information that the website provided to assist.in choosing products

Great trail camera spike, holds the camera rigid but still able to rotate it into the correct position for recording the hedgehogs in our garden, came at a good price as well 👍😎

Great company to deal with. Camera was delivered promptly. Camera set up and has captured our nightly fox and also a badger that's visits sometimes. App is easy to use. Camera is robust and simple to set up.

I had though my trail camera was faulty having tried several new batteries and it still not working. I returned the camera and very soon after I received a message to say the camera had been checked and all was now well and an upgrade had been performed before it's return an no cost. Quite exceptional service.
