My Chihuahua had dandruff and was scratching a lot with the previous shampoo I was using (animology) so decided to try the WildWash shampoo and conditioner. They left his coat flake free and incredibly soft and shiny. Impressed so far :) will see about trying more of their items.

I’m a huge fan of both human & hound products. The effectiveness of the handwash, moisturiser, sanitiser as well as shampoo are kind and effective.

The day I thought was supposed to receive the item didn’t arrive. So I contacted the owner of wild wash straight away. Jane replied me back and I was told that the delivery company sent the item to the wrong address and rescheduled by Jane to my house. She did offer me the refund but since it was not her fault and she explained that it’s her family business, I wanted to support and told her that as long as I will get the item then it’s okay. I went on the delivery company’s website to change the address to Tesco Express incase the delivery guy would make a mistake again. I don’t know how did that happen but there’s a wrong address on the package and that was why the item was sent to the wrong address even though I added the right address via wild wash account from the beginning. But Jane was very communicative and I did receive the item in the end. A bit of mystery. But good on Jane and her family for doing the family business.

Great quality products. Very helpful and prompt at answering questions. I've been using wildwash products for over a year now, and I love all the fragrances and love how kind the products are to mine and the dogs skin too. I used to always have dried cracked hands when I worked for another grooming company that used the harsh Shampoos now I don't have any problems with sore hands 😊🐾

So the dreaded fox poo roll happened this week …. A great opportunity to try my bottle of Wild Wash’s sensitive Aloe Vera & evening primrose oil shampoo and conditioner I had on stand-by. I wasn’t sure if it would neutralise the smell (I’ve tried many sensitive shampoos before which still left a trace of that unmistakable pong) but I am pleased to report it worked a treat. It lathered really well and felt silky! I popped on the conditioner after ….and now he is a big fluff ball with no stink… The best bit however … absolutely NO reaction to the shampoo. He is a rescue with extremely sensitive skin… so this is just a fabulous win win from me and no longer stinky boy Marley.

We have orderer the fly repellent on a number of occasions, which appears to work very well. The ear cleaner is new and yet to be applied. Keep up the good work.

I love wild wash shampoo and conditioner for my dog. It smells so nice it makes me look a bit forward to bathing him which I don't normally.

Fabulous scent easy to use and keeps everything that buzzes away from my dog. Stops the anxious tucking in of bum and tail.
Smells so good will be happy to use it myself. Bonus is all the ingredients are natural.

As a groomer I love the wild wash range and so do my clients. I use all the range for different coats and find they clean really well and customers comment on how the smell stays. We also get clients comment on the lovely smell olin the salon from the shampoo.
I also use the repellent at the end of the day to keep bugs away and get the salon smelling wonderful.

Our (previously flea free) dog had to go to the vets for a minor op. After she came back we discovered that she had picked up a case of fleas albeit mild. She is on a monthly does of Advocate anyway, but we have found that this is becoming less effective, so on the advice of our vet, we decided to switch to a pill treatment. As the vet won't release this until the Advocate course is completed (next month), we opted to try this natural product as a stop gap. After all, it has consistent five star reviews.
After two weeks of daily use, there has been no difference whatsoever. Our dog is still scratching, fleas are still coming off of her when she has her weekly bath, and in fact all this does is gives her coat a tacky feel.
Cannot understand why it has been so effective for other customers yet our dog is still suffering. It's not cheap either.
Either it doesn't work, or our dogs fleas have the resilience of The Terminator.
UPDATE (02/09/2024):
Thank you for your reply Jane, and your information. I understand what you are saying in that once a dog (or cat etc), gets a flea infection, they can be notoriously difficult to get rid of.
Firstly, since this problem started, our house has had four full treatments of Indorex, one a week. That stuff is highly recommended and it is supposed to last for up to a year. Each application was left for a few hours as instructed, then the whole place was vacuumed.
In the past weeks, I have only found literally two fleas off of our dog, Rosie; one on her bedding, and one next to her food bowl. On both occasions, Rosie was in that area. So those fleas obviously hopped off of her. If they were in the house we would see them regularly and elsewhere surely. That would lead me to believe that in this case, the Indorex at least is working. However, as you'll know there is no way that we can spray that stuff on her! All of the other fleas that we have found have come off of her when she has been bathed. So I would say that they are on Rosie.
I have applied the WildWash treatment every day for the past two weeks, and after a few days of application, I would have thought that fleas would have wanted to be anywhere but on Rosie. Two weeks later, and they are still coming off of her when she's bathed.
You also say the tackiness could be caused by over-application. I apply it once a day. Yet on the back of the bottle, it says (and I quote); "Use as often as necessary".
I bought it on the basis of the reviews, and I really would love to be able to give this product five stars as others have done Jane, but I feel that in our case, it isn't repelling the fleas that Rosie has picked up. After two weeks of use, we have seen no improvement. It's heartbreaking to see her constantly scratching and digging and everything we're trying on her isn't working. She doesn't have a skin condition as she has been thoroughly checked by the vet.
That said we also use WildWash Hydrating Shampoo and WildWash Calming Perfume Fragrance No 1, both of which we have found excellent products. It's just in this case, maybe this particular product isn't right for Rosie.
Thank you for your offer of a refund. We won't bother with that. There are other dog owners that we know that we could pass this on to who may have more success with it if they need it.

Delivery was quick. Product was great and the dogs coats are shiny and their skin soft and not itchy.

WildWash products tick so many boxes! When I was initially looking for suitable products to use in my grooming parlour, the most important thing for me was that i did not want the products to contain any chemicals. Many companies producing grooming products concentrate on fragrance, and are not concerned that dogs are already being bombarded with chemicals (through flea and tick treatments, annual vaccinations, etc), and it is kinder to choose natural products. I was not expecting the products to be as good as they are, but they have definitely surpassed my expectations. The shampoos clean the coat and skin well, lather up more than sufficiently, and even better, rinse off quickly (saving valuable time!). I am now trialling the detangle spray, which helps enormously with removing looser matting on longer coats, removing and/or lessening any discomfort to the dog. And just a quick mention of fragrances, they smell amazing!
