The product appears to work well. The fragrance isn’t overpowering. Customer service was good, albeit slow form the delivery company. Will definitely buy some more once this has been used up.

Great service for a great product - wildwash leaves my dog groomer fresh!
Quick dispatch, thoughtfully packed products but most importantly, they work! Wonderful smell and they dilute well which makes it easy to give my very big golden retriever puppy a lovely wash and condition. His coat hasn't felt as good as this without going to the groomers. Thoroughly recommended

Thank you for the great service every request was handled immediately. Very much appreciated.
I already used the sensitive shampoo, conditioner and the detangle spray. It worked so great that I ordered the anti- tick and flea shampoo and spray as well as the tear stain remover. The tear stain remover works very well and does not seem to bother my Havanese like irritating her eyes. The shampoo worked as well as the sensitive shampoo, leaving a very clean, soft, fluffy coat, smelling nicely but not artificial. The repellant spray smells great ( fresh and citrous) and I am sure, I will try it myself for woodland walks or hikings. :-)
Hope the repellants will work, the season will show.
The detangle spray will last for ever I am afraid since I hardly need it anymore with the shampoo and conditioner.
Usually, I am not writing long reviews if at all but these products are perfect for care intensive long haired breeds like Havanese and the production being organic, ethically and environmental friendly is very important to me.
Thanks a lot, I will recommend the product.

Dear Victoria, I am so sorry you haven't received your order yet. We have tried to offer you the best customer service we possibly can. You just let us know today that you hadn't received your order by calling us. We have dealt with this problem immediately by tracking your order and raising an enquiry with the courier service. We called you back to let you know that there is a small back log with the courier service due to the bank holiday and that we would speak to you on Monday to see if your order has arrived and if it hasn't we will send out a new one immediately. We will continue to help you in this way. Our orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days, but unfortunately the bank holiday has meant this has been delayed. Please don't worry, we will be back in touch on Monday as per our phone call with you.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you liked the products. Your opinion is very important to us. With regards to the cost of our products, we have a very minimal mark up and make very little profit. Our products are made in a Carbon Free boutique apothecary in England. Lots of the products we make are still hand stirred in production. All the ingredients are natural, sustainable and free trade, which means workers are paid the correct wages for making the ingredients we use. We leave as small of a Carbon Footprint as we can in the making of our products. Our components are also costly as we use recycled plastic. We were the first company in the world to make and use recycled spray pumps. Unfortunately, none of our ethical or eco decisions regarding our brand save money. An environmentally product is much more expensive to make than a regular product. We haven't however had a price increase in nearly 10 years. We constantly swallow the rising costs of ingredients, transport and components and do our very best to provide the very best products for us, our pets and the environment.

Will only use Wildwash now!! Incredible
Quick delivery and the products are incredible. For 5 years I’ve used a variety of other expensive shampoo, conditioner and spritz sprays on my pup and although she’s clean and soft initially, that didn’t last long at all with the other products and then I found wildwash……used this over a week ago and she is still as soft today and she was when she was bathed and she has been on woodland adventures daily too so even with a rinse after her walks, she still fluffs up. Amazing products, will never use anything else now. Thankyou Wildwash

Brilliant product
