My Hayward skimmer basket uses an elastic-secured filter sock with reinforced side holes to accommodate a metal rod for locking and unlocking the basket in place, and lifting it out for cleaning. When I needed a new one, the pool supply places I checked out did not have one in stock. A web search brought me to Wild West Pool Supplies. A couple of clicks and my filter socks (I bought an extra one) were on the way. They kept me apprised of my order all the way through delivery. Fast and easy.
