Extremely Poor followup service! Do not recommend. Ordered multiple windows to have installed in our house. One window was broken when installed. Promised replacement. Six weeks later replacement came but was fabricated incorrectly. Promised new replacement. Six weeks later just told replacement has not been ordered. Also, j-channel on siding damaged during installation. Getting major runaround from Wilkersons. Stay clear of them!!!

Crew arrived as scheduled, working quickly in very warm weather. Had job completed in no time. They did a good job protecting plants and pond and did very good cleanup when finished.

I can’t say enough about how great everyone was from start to finish. The gutters we purchased are fantastic they work great, no leaking and we don’t have to worry about cleaning them out. I would recommend these gutters and especially this company to anyone.

Since our investment in our new gutter system, We've had a couple of opportunities to observe these during several heavy downpours. There was no overshooting of water and no overfilling like our old gutters. The new system handled the heavy rains with ease. The debris that ends up on our roof, pine needles and leaves, has washed off the roof and fell to the ground instead of clogging up in the gutters. Obviously this has to be the best investment we have added to our home since we started remodeling. We are very happy with Wilkerson for the fast and professional installation of our gutter system.

To my surprise they sent a woman out for our estimate and was 100% impressed with her knowledge. She even made my 89 year old mother a sandwiche when I had to leave and go to work. I can not wait to get my gutters on my home. This company earns my respect %100 just from the sales lady Chelsey. I recommend you guys to anyone.

We had the new gutter put on our house and are very pleased with this system, it does work as advertised, it keeps the leaves out of the gutter, and allows the water to run off the roof and into the gutter. these folks were very good to work with us and the installers were polite and very professional. the job went well and they came when they were supposed to and cleaned up after they got everything done. We are very pleased and wish we had done it installed before this.

This company sells the best gutters they will never get clogged up no more overflow with all this rain. Service was superior the crew was here on time and finished the same day. My yard was cleaned up no mess highly recommended from these homeowners.

saw display at SAMS CLUB ,kept it for several months and called. the salesmen came out and with no pressure gave me a quote as they were leaving I told them to write it up. a few weeks later BRIAN called and the next day the tub installed and looking great! the tub was very good quality and the walls look great he done a great job cleaned up and the room looks like nothing was ever done THANKS BRIAN SALESMEN AND CHRISTINE I WILL use you in the future

Bumpy start with project. SubContractors were slightly undesirable. Several return trips were necessary to finally correct installation.
I want thank those who continued to work with us and quickly respond to our call for help in stopping leaks. This was the leader, Brian or Brad.
As a result, Our family is now very much enjoying our patio and the outdoors.

Wilkerson Windows & Gutters is a great company with caring, professional employees. From the sales rep to the customer service people to our highly skilled installer Josh McMahan, our experience was top notch. The windows came out better than we had hoped for and Josh made sure we were completely satisfied before he left our home. I would highly recommend Wilkerson to anyone thinking of having windows replaced.

My wife and I recently built a house in the foothills of the Smokies. We moved to Maryville Tennessee August 10th, 2019 from Texas. Having built this house long distance we had no idea about gutter systems nor the responsibilities that went along with them, especially with the magnitude of trees and amount of rainfall that we receive in east Tennessee. it didnt take long to realize when the leaves began falling, combined with large amounts of rain that we would be dealing with clogged, overflowing gutters. I began researching different leaf guard systems only to find they were expensive and ineffective. So, I decided to make an extension out of 2" PVC pipe that I could add and subtract sections from to accomadate the different gutter heights. I found myself outside in the cold, wet weather 3 times a week unclogging gutters. I realizied this wasn't what I wanted to be doing. It was inconvenient, and considering the extreme slope of my land and height it was dangerous. One part of my house is 20' from the ground. I had to use a ladder and go up a run of steps to reach the top of the gutter. I fell a couple of times due to wetness and slipperiness along with the unsteadiness of the ground. I knew this was a very risky way to unclog gutters. One day my wife and I were at Sam's club in Knoxville Tennessee when we ran into a Wilkerson sales rep. They were displaying the K guard gutter system and spoke with us. I explained our situation and the sales rep asked if we would be intrested in having someone come out to talk with us. I decided to go ahead and have them set up an appointment to speak with someone. Christina from Wilkerson called me that afternoon setting a time for James to come and talk with us the next day. Christina was very professional and very helpful and accommodating. it was obvious that customer satisfaction was her goal. That Saturday afternoon James showed up at the appointed time. I had a list of questions in regard to the gutter system in which he answered each question thoroughly, patiently and honestly. I was very impressed on how professional James was how he treated me. He did not use high pressure sales, but was honest and sincere about what I had and what Wilkerson offered. I liked what he had to say along with how the gutter system was designed and worked. I also liked the lifetime guarantee regarding workmanship, no rot, sagging, hanging, and no clog guarantee and that if they ever clogged they'd come out in 48 hours to unclog them. I decided we would go with their system. On Monday morning Christina from Wilkerson called me and set up a time for the installers to come. She was very professional and accommodating with the days and times to install. Stacy and Andy showed up but unfortunately the weather was cold and nasty. So Stacy and Andy unloaded the gutter system setting it out in the back part of the property so that when it was time to install it would be ready for them. Christina once again called to set up another day and time to have the gutters installed. When the day arrived Stacy and Branden showed up. Stacy was very professional, conscientious about the job and they both took pride in their work. Stacey was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. When the job was completed Andy who was reassigned to my job took me to do a walk around to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I saw a few things that most people would have just left but when I brought it to their attention Stacey and Andy immediately corrected the issues to to my satisfaction and assured me that the work would be guaranteed for the life of my home. I was very impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism and with how I was treated as a customer. With that being said it's people like Stacy, Christina, Branden, Andy and Kim that make a great company. I would recommend Wilkerson gutter and window hands down and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Customer service is phenomenal. The windows are beautiful. The gentleman that installed the windows left the house as clean as when he came. I highly recommend them!!!!!
