7cm plastic square pots
The plastic garden pots are not as pictured on the website. I had checked that they had smooth sides as they were what I wanted. These have ridges and ard not as strong. You should illustrate accurately.

It is no wonder they went out of business if they treat their customers like this. Outside light bought 20/02/26, damaged in transit before it got here so I was asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement, it arrived on 06/03/26 but it was not as described. They took until 24/03/26 to send me a return label and the refund was finally received 12/05/26 after 49 emails back & forth! They claimed they did not receive it back even though tracking showed it was delivered the day after dispatch (which I had to prove the them). I think it is about time that it became law that these companies that waste your time are also made to pay for doing so. After spending hours on this all I get is my money back, nothing for stress & inconvenience plus time spent on it (in cash of course & not a voucher forcing you to shop there again!).

Absolutely awful customer service and experience. Will never order or shop at Wilko again! Placed an order over a month ago for it not to turn up, I had to contact them time and time again to find out where my delivery was and was provided several answers (including that it was apparently delivered!!) and then was finally told it is, in fact, out of stock and it won’t be possible to fulfil my order. I have contacted them numerous times and get the same stock email apologising for the inconvenience and they’ve contacted the relevant team and will get back in touch within 48 hours. I’ve been told this around 10 times and I still have no refund. Absolutely appalling service and I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

We ordered a garden set and were given a delivery date which came and went. When it eventually came we were told 20 minutes before hand that only part of the set was coming with no explanation why. Trying to contact anyone at Wilko is beyond ridiculous everything is automated, the only contact has been via WhatsApp but even that is a hard slog…. to date I have sent between 50-100 emails and messages… currently the part order is being picked up tomorrow… will a new replacement arrive or will a refund be given.. who knows….. probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… I would absolutely advise against using Wilko… never ever again 😡

Item not delivered attempted to contact customer service, what a complete waste of time. No help whatsoever. They take your money then you are on your own . Impossible to contact anyone to help. When ordering it said an hour for pickup , didn’t get confirmation for furthure 30 minutes then it said don’t collect until you receive an email to say it’s ready . Waited over an hour and went to store to find out order still wasn’t ready to collect . Went and got items off shelf as if travelled over the bridge to get there and was in a rush and the woman said your orders ready wich it clearly wasn’t as she went and printed off a sticker and scanned the items I took off the shelf . No one had clearly any emergency to react to click and collects. Won’t bother ordering again
Wilko used to be brilliant, what happened?!
Out of the 10 items I ordered, only 2 arrived.
No tracking information, no receipt in box, no information anywhere on the missing items.
When I contacted Wilko's customer service, they asked me to provide more information on my order, which I did. In response to this, they marked my complaint 'solved'.
I had to threaten to reclaim my money via the credit card company just to get Wilko to do a refund on the items that never arrived.
They then had the nerve to tell me that "the item" (just one of the missing 8, apparently) was still available online if I wanted to reorder it.
I will NEVER be buying from Wilko again.
Shocking company to deal with
Shocking company to deal with! They took my money for a corner sofa set, delivered the table with no screws, two stools charged me £600 then there is no contact number for customer services and they will not respond! Told me to wait 48 hours then radio silence won't respond to emails or resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER from them. Update 21st May still no sofa set!! Still no phone call, constantly having to chase their logistics companies which costs me time and money. Would never order from this company again, worst shopping experience I have ever had.
Awful online service
Awful online service, stock shows online as available let me order, but then on receipt of damaged box goods I have only received a small part of the whole order 2 days later I receive a cancellation email as they can't fulfil my order and I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund and I am left without the items, this is not the 01st time this has happened and i will not be ordering again from Wilko

Easy and quick! I placed my order online for click and collect, which was very easy and smooth, with great communication about when my order was ready. A new staff member who had just started served me, and she handled everything professionally. Thank you, Hull Wilko!
We need an option of zero stars
This company are a joke.
At the beginning of March 26 I ordered a garden rocking chair. The delivery took much longer than expected and I had to get in touch.
It eventually arrived, whilst assembling I found that although the colour and material were correct it was the wrong chair.
I took it apart again, boxed it up and contacted Wilko.
Very long story short, it is now 10 weeks later and I am still waiting for it to be collected.
We have exchanged over 50 emails between us, it is clear from their responses they do not check previous correspondence.
I have recieved emails asking me to send pictures of damage, I have not reported damage just the wrong item.
I have recieved emails stating a pick up request has been made, I hear nothing and then I get emails saying they assume my matter is dealt with as I've not been in touch recently.
I recieved a date for collection and asked to confirm, I confirmed and was told they would get back to me approx 48 hours later. The day THEY specified was the following day, when I questioned this they said it was too short notice and to choose another day. THEY chose it!!
The responses are always generic, uncaring and from different people who have no clue what they are doing.
I have raised all this via resolver and gone to the highest stage through them, I have not recieved a single response.
This has caused me so much stress, I am unwell, I have told them repeatedly about my health, I have told them repeatedly I'm unable to take this huge heavy parcel to a post office, I have asked them repeatedly to collect and refund my money.
They dont care, they have zero empathy, they are hugely unprofessional.
I will NEVER buy from Wilko or The Range, ever again.

Avoid!
I was supposed to receive my order on the 7th May for my daughters birthday. The order has still not been delivered. I have been in contact via the WhatsApp option since the 8th and I have still no clue where it is. I was given the tracking details for DPD, but that just states that they haven't yet recieved it and then a day later it was being returned to consignor. I mentioned getting a refund but was told that because it has apparently been dispatched that I can't until its been sent back. However I cant see anywhere that it has actually been dispatched.
I have tried contacting again today and my messages aren't even being picked up by the WhatsApp option. I have had enough of the constant fobbing off. I want my money back immediately, its just plain old theft at this point!

She didn’t greet me, just grunted that her phone wasn’t working to scan my barcode. I finally got my purchase and a friendly apology from a different member of staff. Not a good experience, sadly!
