I wish I had looked at these reviews…

I wish I had looked at these reviews first prior to buying from them.
Items are nothing like what is advertised on the website via facebook.
Lesson learnt. I'll be returning all. I've looked at the other posts below and note that they were also only offered 10% back and told to give to a friend or charity. This site, William and Eve, is a scam. I'm still waiting for the return address so I can send it back. I note that their 'sponsored ad' section on Facebook is also not showing up this week. Do not spend any money with them. I'm at a £160 loss at present.

Do Not Use

Ordered a cardigan. Glossy website. Looked really good. When it arrived was cheap printed T-shirt material! Certainly not a cardigan.
When I asked to return it for refund was offered 10% back and told to gift it to a friend!
I refused. The offer was increased to 20% then finally 30%
If I wanted to send it back for full refund was going to cost $25
Absolute scammers
DO NOT order anything from this disgusting website.
