If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. 8 days waiting for a shop withdrawal. Even independent bookies can pay in a day or two max and if it's the weekend that makes no difference. William hill can't/won't process payments at the weekend so they say 5 working days processing time which is ridiculous compared to every other betting company, very unprofessional.

Atrocious since App was updated a while…

Atrocious since App was updated a while back. Now impossible to place itv7 bet if it goes over 500000£ return, get it's only a max payout but can't even place a bet @5p, also hard to see options has things popover obscuring things

A query over a simple unsettled cycling…

A query over a simple unsettled cycling bet on a stage winner in Paris-Nice turned into a frustrating experience. Impossible to get to speak to a human being and the AI chatbot not working well at all. Awful. AI agents are so bad and frustrating.

I will use other bookies moving forward.

I used an online app to deposit money…

I used an online app to deposit money and play regularly. After I won some money and tried to withdraw it, withdrawal haven't come through. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks, but they keep passing my request from one person to another. They also removed card, no deposit or withdrawal has been processed. I now believe this may be a scam.

..and still waiting for the prommissed SUPPORT E-Mail to get my money! They got every PDF, even really crazy, but ??? Do they have money? Do they have money problems? I dont know! 660€ -Account since 9 weeks on zero!

Avoid!! Awful unhelpful company !!!

Avoid!!! Wont let me withdraw my own money such a disgrace!!!!

Explained a perfectly honest situation which I can imagine happens quite often customers having changed banking services however such unhelpful customer services , unwilling to listen and help and basically cutting me off after trying to explain my situation

Haven’t used William hill in a while and decided to use again , deposited using my new bank details and everything was going great ,

Later that day I decided to withdraw money to my same bank account to which I had deposited however it stated I had to withdraw to an old account which is inactive for many months and my services had been switched over to the new details to which I earlier had deposited.

Thought this would not be an issue i decided to speak to customer service on live chat to explain the situation that I had no longer had that bank account and just wanted it withdrawn to the same account I had deposited.

Was then basically told I need to show evidence that my old account was close to which as it’s been many months I no longer have access to the banking app in question and had destroyed my bank card with clear instruction from the bank to do so.

After several attempts to explain this to customers services their response was basically scripted with no help in my situation and basically said there’s nothing they can do as I can’t show them either my old bank card or show them it’s closed.

I understand their are regulations involved and willing to cooperate fully with showing any forms of id and statements that i can get access to so that I could help solve this solution

However after several attempts to explain I kept on receiving the same scripted message that nothing can be done

So now I have money in my William hill account that I would like to withdraw however I’m unable to and looks like after having no help at all from customer service I will get this money back , money that is mine I may add

I feel so upset and stressed out regarding this situation, a situation where you have money that is lawfully yours but you can’t access to it as customer service won’t help customers find solutions or be able to solve situations.

Please don’t use as from my experience they won’t give you your money that you own .

I will take this further and seek legal advice and hope this review prevents this happening to other customers in the future

Where there’s difficult times for us all at this present moment it’s added by the incompetent companies keeping you from your money and adding stress and frustration . Totally unacceptable by William hill

this website isnt that bad i seen worst

this website isnt that bad u get free spins futures and more however i can call it a avrige casino u still can see a had pay or a small win but dipends what time u play and days u play thats how i see it however same issuse had my father about windowal i talked whit costumer support beacose the acout was loked buy them the had unloked and i press windrowal on 20£ he had on his acount beacouse he didnt wanna play on wiliam hill anymore however to this day never recived his founds i will atempt to contact them sometime soon to find out what is gowing on the founds left his acount but he didnt get the money and i will let know evry one if he will recive his 20£

14 HOUR WAIT - LIVE CHAT

Horrendous experience

Been waiting 14 hours now on the live chat. What is going on?

They randomly asked me to verify, after years with them, but are still letting me deposit.

We're talking small sums here, I deposited £9 and want to withdraw £27. That's it.

Come on guys, please answer your live chat. You have vulnerable customers that you're exploiting

Crap RTP

Terrible RTP £300 in only 1 bonus ever activated. In one session of £40 only two £1 spins won 60p the rest were dead spins. Will count my losses and get rid. There’s a lot better online casinos out there. Stay way away from here!

Useless

There's no way to contact them by phone. You have to use their messaging service. You then get a virtual assistant, who is useless. When you get through to an agent they take your query then tell you they'll get another agent to contact you. I've been waiting on the computer for over 5 hours to talk to someone. I was number 40 in the queue, now I'm 31. At this rate I'd have to wait another 12 hours for someone to become available.

Closed my account stealing funds in the account

I had an account with William Hill, which I was actively using for small wagers.

Then yesterday, when I tried to access the account, I could not log in. When I contacted their supposed customer servcie I was told that they had closed my account. They had done this without giving me any notification/communication!

I had fund in this account which are now gone and they are refusing to give me access or return said funds.
