i won some money at one of the shops they had to put it on my card is been 4 days now and stil haven’t received the money tried to contact them they dont have a number to call tried to chat to them and they said how can i help explained to them and no replied waited 45mins and no answer this is so unprofessional and bad service.

The worst customer service in the world I would like to organise a petition to put them out of business .
I couldn’t withdraw my money as my card had expired and I was issued with a new card . The system wouldn’t let me update my card so they kept my money and would not release it until I gave them my passport details my Bank actual statement showing my balance my sort code IBAN and date of birth. After all that still did not return my money for 8 weeks .

I’m nearly 66yo and been with William Hills for over 10 years. I had a lifetime profit of £389, a yearly profit of £71 and was down £20 for the month. This was obviously no good to Hills as they cancelled my bonus on Acca football bets, limited me to £1 bets on their Epic Boosts and limited me to £8 maximum bets when I usually bet £10 or £20 on football fixed odds. I asked them why and they gave the usual excuse “traders decision”

I closed the account down because it was unfit for purpose! No wonder the Organisation is in trouble, terrible Company with a rubbish online chat and messaging service 😡

Sadly I find myself being restricted and cut off when the larger amount is about to come in I'm a veteran player and know exactly what is happening..
I find this unacceptable and I will pursue this

How can this scam company still be allowed to operate legally? You are fraudulent and should be investigated by the correct authorities. If you work for this company I would suggest that you take a good look at yourself and imagine that it is your own mother you are ripping off. How can you sleep at night? Unless of course William Hill rip out your soul during the job interview, then that means you are doing a great job, well done.

I recently signed up to the William hill Casino with a £25.00 free bonus and no bank details.I was only playing 40 pence play on the only one that was linked to the bonus.I had in my account over £223.00 in my account but I decided to play on had some small wins and noticed something very strange my balance all of a sudden dropped over £100 someone had reduced my balance.I complained at customer service and the agent I was online with kept ending the chat because I think there is something fishy going on here I eventually had an agent say without a screenshot of my winnings they couldn't do anything to check my account it's a total joke so my advice is keep a record of your winnings and balance because your not getting your money that you win without it!

Have been locked out of my account despite resetting password. Want to withdraw my balance and close account with immediate effect but cant get any sensible response from appalling message service and of course there’s no customer service number to call. Avoid this company.
