If I could put 0 I would absolute terrible experience with them. Terrible customer service that don't read your complaint. Have now suspended me as I've complained said I'm vulnerable because I'm disabled. I have money from winnings and at present not letting me withdraw it because I changed my visa card even though I made a deposit from it. Stay clear of this betting company

Been with WH for a long time. No more. Withdrawal of £20 didn't materialise, it just disappeared as if it was never there. Six days later not in my bank account and doesn't even show in my account as a withdrawal. What a disgrace. Can't get hold of anyone, customer service non existent and diabolical. They should not be allowed to trade. You have been warned!

SHOCKING to the point I have reported them. They let me deposit money then locked me out of my account, I then confirmed my identity FOUR times, I gave them more information than I had to do to get more mortgage including a video and photo of me writing my username?! honestly an absolutely shocking company. Avoid them ffs or you're an idiot.

Been a customer for many years but the live chat and messaging at call centres is absolutely appalling. Abrupt rude and no manners. That’s providing you can find the chat in the first place.
William Hill are really letting everyone down and this service is not good enough.

Customer service: zero; response: zero; attentiveness: zero… It’s a scam site. Definitely stay away. I deposited money, and now I can't log into my account. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate authorities. and my money is still in the account

Set my limits way too low on Roulette. Safe gambling team think they are there to save the world from itself. Totally wrecked how i personally gamble and customer service left me waiting for ages until i gave up and hung up. Absolute joke of a company.

Would of given less than 1 star but can’t, I have recently opened up an account with William hill online and countless times they were asking for my documents for security and to confirm account. Eventually they opened the account which they emailed to me then after a week they restricted my daily promotion when asking them they said needed to send documents but I had already sent them then they changed there mind and said we’ve restricted for your own safety. When I raised this issue they restricted the account saying safer gambling will call and lift restrictions this was meant to be done a few days ago now they are just fobbing me off. Stay away from William hill my suggestion is join Midnite they are a million and one times better site, customer support, games etc… all better. I am going to be posting all the screen shots and emails to social media and news outlets it’s time people knew how terrible and unprofessional professional William hill really are.
