Every piece is designed and handcrafted in London, working through a private client model rather than a shop, so you deal directly with the founder from your first conversation through to the finished ring. We believe truly bespoke jewellery should be personal, not off the shelf. Every commission starts with a conversation about what matters to you, your story, your budget and the piece you actually want, not a configurator or a catalogue. From there we design, source the stones and build the piece by hand, keeping you involved at every stage through renders, stone approval and final fitting. Founder run and built on genuine trade heritage, William Jack Jewellery is proof that bespoke fine jewellery does not need to come from a big name on Bond Street to be exceptional. It just needs to be made properly, by people who care.

We had the pleasure of having our engagement ring designed by William, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered expert advice without any pressure, and created a beautiful ring that exceeded all of our expectations. His professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are second to none. Thank you Will for creating something we will treasure forever.

Brilliant service and amazing ring

Very personal service, helped simplify it for me and worked around a hectic schedule which took a lot of the stress out of stressful situation - getting the perfect ring and keeping it a surprise! Would highly recommend William

Will made one of the most important purchases of our lives feel so easy. His creativity, attention to detail, and support from start to finish were exceptional.
He guided us through every step of the process with incredible knowledge and professionalism, making what could have been an overwhelming experience genuinely enjoyable.

William was knowledgable, friendly & had bags of experience. He had just designed his own engagement ring which was very inspiring. Great service & such a top chap. I will going to him for future additions.

An absolute pleasure

Working with Will was an absolute pleasure. He helped me to create a bespoke engagement ring that captured every little detail i was looking for and more. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Will to anyone who is looking for bespoke Jewellery!

Working with William was so easy & fun

Working with William was so easy & fun. What we were able to get with our budget blew our minds and creating a bespoke piece I will have for the rest of my life (and pass down) is so special. I recommend William to all of my friends and family, his level of care and knowledge is unmatched.
