William James Creative Digital is a web design, branding and IT support studio based in Ipswich, Suffolk, working with small businesses, charities and community organisations across the region. Founded and run by George Heath-Collins, WJCD exists to give local organisations the same quality of digital presence usually reserved for much bigger budgets, without the jargon, the templates, or the disappearing developer. Every website is hand-coded from scratch rather than built on page builders or off-the-shelf themes, meaning each client gets a genuinely bespoke result shaped around their own voice, story and audience, not a generic layout with their logo dropped in. Alongside web design, WJCD offers ongoing hosting, digital stewardship (keeping domains, DNS and email security properly maintained) and IT support, so clients never have to fight with their own technology to keep their business running. Recent projects include a full rebuild for East Anglian Midwives, an independent midwifery practice covering Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, delivered in two weeks and described by the founders as “our website of dreams.” WJCD has also delivered work for Hynds & Davis Bespoke Building, Clean & Clear Exteriors, and Suffolk Sister Solace CIC, a community organisation supporting women from the Global Majority living in Suffolk, built and hosted at a heavily reduced rate simply because the cause mattered. The studio also delivered a full digital infrastructure build, including landing pages, booking systems and back-end automation, that contributed to over $10,000 in attributed revenue for Social Ignition, praised by founder Jamie Owers for the speed and quality of delivery.
