Customer Service not worthy of 1*

Customer Service not worthy of 1*. I emailed them with a perfectly reasonable product enquiry on the 12th June enclosing a photograph of a pattern that my wife and I were interested in. No response. Emailed again on 14th July (without photo in case this had been quarantined), still nothing. Tried calling this morning and the phone continually rang out before cutting me off. No recorded message, no option for a call back, nothing.
FOR CLARITY this is a retailer peddling Morris-inspired designs and NOT Morris & Co, the official custodians of the designer's work.
