If I could rate minus 10 I would.
Cheap ,badly made goods.
Refused to refund embarrassingly bad shirt I would not even donate to charity.
Never be tempted !!

Along with others I must state this is the worst online company I have dealt with. ' Williams of London, established 2003' is clearly not based in UK at all. A con. Not inexpensive but cheap, tatty goods. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. 5 email exchanges to date to try and return. The latest, they state the cheapest postage option for me would be exchange - which will 'only incur' a £17.50 postage charge for them to send replacement goods. No way on earth!!!!! Don't touch them.

If I could give no stars I would. I should have checked trustpilot before being tempted. Please please do not consider buying anything from this company. As per previous reviews, they are based in China - not London. The item is absolute rubbish and is going in the bin. You will never get your money back. Shocking!!!

Don’t waste your money, avoid at every cost. Very expensive to return product and this company is not based in London . Poorly made product, not accurate to sizes . AVOID AVOID !!!!

What a scam company. Rubbish from China and want between £20 and £30 to return. A oid at all costs.

Their advertising is completely misleading. The products I received looked nothing like the photos on their website, and the quality was extremely poor and cheap compared to what you promised.

They claim to offer easy returns, but when I tried to return my order, I was told I had to pay expensive shipping fees to send it back to China because you do not have a UK warehouse or return centre. This was never clearly mentioned before purchase.
I would not trust their advertising again and would not recommend this company to others.

Awful Company - do not waste your money.
They imply that they are a London company but in fact the clothes come from Chins and are made cheaply, nothing like those advertised. Impossible to return items as they insist that they are returned to China and charge you extortionate amounts of return fees.
They are fraudsters, don’t touch them!

Awful quality, trying to return it (now 6 emails in) and getting absolutely no response. If only I had read the reviews first, clearly a common experience

Never will I ever get over how bad and false this company IS. They have used false photos to present their merchandise! What I received was dishcloth quality two dresses which I have NOT ordered and it took almost a month for delivery. They offered £6.99 refund and to keep these rags. I forwarded all documents to my credit card company and they dealt with it.

Saw an advert on Facebook for this company, checked their website and it appeared to be a genuine UK based company, so went ahead and ordered a pair of lightweight shoes 'reduced' to £34.95. Delivery was protracted, but their Customer Services (who appeared to be very helpful) assured me they would arrive "any day" and I would be delighted with them. Today, 3+ weeks after ordering, they arrived ... what a let down. Very poor quality, oversized and definitely over priced (have since seen the same shoes on Temu for between £8-10. How I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering. BEWARE everyone DO NOT order from Williams London Clothing.

AVOID. Misleading - items came from China, not London UK. Delivery took ages and when finally received, items look and feel cheap and poorly made, but they weren’t cheap to buy. The “Linen” shirt was polyester and the cardigan - well it was so bad, words fail me! Returns policy prohibitive as they need to be shipped back to China at the purchaser’s cost. Debating if they’re even “good” enough to be donated to a charity shop! After not much thought, even charity is too good for these items. They gone in the bin!

The site is a scam, as is everything else about these imposters. Ordered what was supposed to be a Linen shirt. Extremely poor quality, product not matching pictures (some cheap shiny material), and non-existent / misleading returns policy ie they force you to ship the item back to China with excessive paperwork (even though it is sourced from a London warehouse address which was on my packaging) with customs fees that are more than the cost of the item itself. I highly advise to avoid this poor excuse of a retailer at all costs which ship cheap items from China despite the London branding.

received a piece of polyester cloth when I should have been getting a linen shirt - paid over £34 and their returns policy is how they get you . get your money back with your credit card company. sadly there is no other way. its bad business ethics

I received my shirt order yesterday having taken 2 weeks to arrive. This was a shirt offered half price at £34.95. It was of appalling quality, 95% polyester, very flimsy, the collar made it completely unwearable. I ordered a khaki shirt but it was more pink than khaki. As a result of complaining, they offered me an equivalent cost item free with a £10 shipping fee and said I could keep the shirt I ordered to avoid high return shipping costs. This seemed a reasonable offer but not one I would take up given the shirt quality. They do not even state the material of the shirt on their website.
