Would not buy again, their customer service doesn’t not seem to even exist, I received a damaged furniture, reported the issue and now it’s just pending nearly 2 weeks. Not sure how long more.

Yes, something went wrong, but I have never experienced a retailer so determined to put it right, at their cost, even though they were let down by their supplier.
