Willow Vault 

SCAM ALERT!!! ● SCAM ALERT!!!

This company is completely fake! Their offices are in an office building pretending to be another reputable banking company to house & protect your valuable assets. Willow Vault also stole the logo from that company which verified that they had no affiliation with their business.

This is a very well thought out elaborate scam to make the victim think they need to hurry up and pay the late fees to the safety security box/Vault before the contract expires and the company needs to auction off the alleged valued property.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM

The entire team was there to help! My husband and I deposit quite often and the service is quite good. They’re competent and welcoming. The service is hassle-free and this is consistent with how we’ve always been treated by everyone at the facility.

My experience was quite stressful but my fault for being unaware of cost of insurance on top of annual payment. Asides that the security system is top-notch, the staff was helpful and polite during my visit.

I’ve been working with Willow Vault for years now and it an absolutely secure place for our valuables that we didn’t want to keep in the house. On the few occasions I visited the vault I was met by friendly staff and was reassured by just how secure the place is.

Staff were helpful and polite. The account opening was straightforward and detailed in explanation. Great insurance options and policies. The facility is clean and they have implemented several levels of security measures. Haven’t given 5star yet, as only just opened but the customer service alone was worth 4star
